SGT CH15: Military Female’s File
◎Laying so much groundwork, all just to torment Aix.◎
Mousse, after being emotionally drunk for a night, was fully revived the next day and decided to deal with the guy who made him unhappy.
The first to bear the brunt was the moon. Ah no, it was Aix.
As for the doctor’s advice that “pregnant females need to maintain a good mood,” that wasn’t difficult either. Just give a slap and then a sweet date. As long as the date was sweet enough, Aix’s mood would turn for the better, and the torment he suffered before would no longer be important.
But what kind of “date” was sweet enough?
Mousse pondered, opening his terminal to search for “things female zergs love most” and “the most important things to a female zerg.”
The answers with the most likes were, respectively: male zergs, cubs, mechs, and work.
Aix already had a male zerg and a cub. Even if he was dissatisfied, he had no right to replace them.
Aix also had a mech. Although its ownership was currently in Mousse’s hands, Mousse had given him two star-hours of pregnancy exercise time every day. During that time, Aix could freely pilot any of the mechs in his collection room, which naturally included “Quetzalcoatl.”
And finally… work?
Mousse was utterly shocked, completely unable to understand the female zerg’s train of thought. How could any zerg like to work?
Although Mousse himself also had a large amount of work, that was his duty. If he weren’t constrained by his status and responsibilities, he would definitely work sporadically, coming in to work when he felt like it and letting things slide when he didn’t.
Mousse carefully looked up some information and found that female zergs seemed to genuinely love working, from the bottom of their hearts.
Perhaps influenced by their racial nature and history, every female zerg was like a screw on the giant warship that was the zerg race. They were accustomed to staying in their positions. Once they left their assigned posts, they would become disoriented, as if they had lost their life’s purpose, the meaning of their existence, and would gradually wither away.
Mousse recalled Aix, who always stayed in the underground room. Always dazed, silent and lifeless, without any vitality. Only when it came to matters related to the zerg egg would a flicker of life erupt, making him seem less deathly still.
Sometimes, Mousse would even feel that it wasn’t Aix who kept the zerg egg alive, but rather that the zerg egg was what was keeping Aix alive. Just a broken body held together by the zerg egg.
But the zerg egg would eventually hatch, and the cub would eventually grow up, come of age, and go far away. At that time, what would Aix live for?
He needed to find a place for this “screw,” Aix, a place that belonged to him.
The prince’s female consort, Mousse’s property… These were clearly not positions that Aix would accept in his heart.
His gaze fell on the word “work” displayed on the virtual screen.
Mousse murmured, “It seems I have to pay a visit to my female father.”
Mousse tidied himself up, went downstairs, and said to the butler: “Arrange for an aircraft. I need to make a trip to the palace.”
“Yes, Your Highness.”
The butler was very happy to see that His Highness the Prince was willing to go out.
Since the prince’s physiological awakening and injury, he had not gone out for four months.
At first, His Majesty the Zerg Emperor wanted to take the prince to the palace to recuperate, but the prince refused.
Marshal Shi’an stayed behind and took care of the prince for three months. Later, due to the prince’s significant recovery and his own busy military affairs, he finally left.
Then General Aix came out of the punishment room, pregnant with a zerg egg.
The prince had kept the matter a secret.
He handled work online while providing Aix with pheromones to nourish the zerg egg.
Until now, the Zerg Emperor and the Marshal did not know that the prince had a cub.
The butler was afraid the prince intended to keep it a secret forever.
Fortunately, after the zerg egg’s condition stabilized, the prince decided to go to the palace.
The butler immediately arranged for the latest model of aircraft.
He watched as the prince, who had become even more handsome and beautiful after his physiological awakening, boarded the aircraft.
·
In the garden of the imperial palace, the flowers were in full bloom.
On a small white round table, fruits and cakes were laid out.
Mousse sat in a chair, stroking a long-haired cat dozing on his lap.
A tall, golden-haired military female stood by the table, using a knife to divide a cake into five equal portions.
“Try it. This was your favorite when you were little.”
The golden-haired military female handed a small piece of cake to Mousse.
“Female father, I’m not a cub anymore.”
Although he said that, Mousse still accepted the small cake that exuded a sweet, milky-fruit fragrance.
“You are indeed an outstanding adult zerg now. But no matter how big you grow, you will always be your female father’s cub,” Marshal Shi’an said with a smile.
Mousse looked at his female father’s smiling eyes and smiled reservedly.
He and his female father were very much alike.
The same bright, light-golden hair, and very similar mismatched eyes.
It was just that as a male zerg, Mousse’s features were more delicate and beautiful.
However, if Aix’s cub were born… a little cub with his coloring but a female zerg’s face, a more rugged and handsome face.
Perhaps it would look a lot like his female father and would easily win the affection of his male father.
After all, the entire zerg race knew that His Majesty the Zerg Emperor had a thing for mismatched eyes.
Mousse hesitated, wondering how to begin.
If his female father knew that his cub, who had just completed his physiological awakening, already had a cub of his own… although it was still just a zerg egg, he would surely be shocked.
Marshal Shi’an, seeing Mousse’s occasional furtive glances and his hesitant yet expectant expression, knew that there was something he wanted but was too embarrassed to ask for.
“Go on, say it. Is there anything you want that your female father wouldn’t grant you?” Shi’an said with a helpless smile.
“You’re the one who said it.”
Mousse said directly: “I want Aix’s file. I want to transfer him to White Night Star.”
White Night Star, Mousse’s princely fiefdom.
He wanted to transfer Aix under his own command.
Hearing that familiar name, Shi’an frowned, his expression becoming grave.
“Neither His Majesty the Zerg Emperor nor I approve of you detaining Aix in the prince’s mansion.”
“You refuse to reveal what exactly happened that night, and Aix’s sudden attack on you after your physiological awakening is too suspicious…”
Shi’an advised: “Sisi, you should hand him over to the tribunal. Let the tribunal investigate everything and make a judgment according to the law.”
A judgment according to the law…
Mousse’s lips twitched. He said: “It’s an established fact that Aix hurt me. No matter how much they investigate, he can’t escape a life sentence, and he might even be exiled to some desolate star where I can’t see him for labor reform.”
“Since it’s imprisonment and punishment either way, it’s better to keep him under my watch and let me punish him. That would be more satisfying!”
As Mousse spoke, he viciously stabbed his silver fork into the cake on his plate, as if treating it as a certain female zerg, stabbing it to pieces.
Shi’an rubbed his forehead with a headache.
His cub was usually so gentle, friendly, and reasonable. How did he become completely unreasonable whenever Aix was involved?
Seeing his female father rubbing his forehead, Mousse felt some regret for his harsh tone.
But handing Aix over was absolutely impossible.
Mousse got up and walked behind Shi’an, patting his back to soothe him.
He softened his voice and said: “Female father, don’t dwell on this matter.
“Handing him over to the tribunal is handling it according to the law. As Aix’s male lord, my decision to resolve it privately is also permitted by law.
“I haven’t broken any regulations.”
It would have been better if Mousse hadn’t mentioned it. Now that he did, Shi’an was even angrier.
His cub, whom he had doted on and cared for as he grew up, on the day he came of age, without saying a word to them, had forcibly matched with a female zerg to be his female consort.
“Fine. Keeping your female consort at home is indeed legal and compliant.
“But you cannot transfer a military female’s file without a military order. This file, you cannot transfer.”
Shi’an put on a stern face, sitting upright in his chair, his marshal’s aura fully showing.
Everything seemed to have returned to square one.
“That’s why I came to beg you.”
Mousse leaned over, pressed against Shi’an’s back, rested his chin on his shoulder, and, swaying his body, called out in a soft and gentle voice: “Female father~”
Shi’an almost lost his composure, forcing a straight face so as not to show any wavering.
“Rules are rules. Begging me won’t work.”
“But, but… Aix is pregnant,” Mousse said softly.
“What?!!”
Faced with his female father’s shocked questioning, Mousse raised his hands in surrender and confessed everything he could.
“…In short, he’s carrying an egg now, his mental state isn’t very good, and he’s emotionally depressed and suppressed.
“I heard that female zergs quite like to work. Letting him go out to work might be better.”
Shi’an’s brain overloaded. He propped his head on his hands and rested on the table.
Not only did his cub forcibly match with a female zerg on the day he came of age, but that female zerg was also pregnant?
More importantly, that female zerg had once severely injured his cub.
“Regardless of the inside story, he almost killed you. You’re letting him go out to work?”
Shi’an’s expression was complicated.
“Transferring him to White Night Star would still keep him within my sphere of control, right? He can’t go anywhere, and he can’t do anything,” Mousse said slowly.
Shi’an raised his hand and rested it on Mousse’s head. After a long while, he let out a light sigh.
This child of his, ever since that incident, had become exceptionally independent and… paranoid.
He was accustomed to keeping everything bottled up inside. Even if he was wronged, he wouldn’t say anything.
Once he had set his mind on something, he would never change it. Nothing could persuade him, nothing could pull him back.
Aix was the thing he had set his mind on.
That female zerg from the Dark Star Region… which should now be called White Night Star.
Being too fixated on something often ended up hurting oneself.
But Shi’an knew that Mousse would no longer listen to any advice.
“I will arrange it for you, in a reasonable and compliant manner, to transfer Aix to White Night Star,” Shi’an said.
“Thank you, female father! I knew female father was the best!” Mousse happily hugged Shi’an’s arm.
“Only sweet-talking at times like this,” Shi’an complained, but he was actually quite fond of his cub’s coquettish behavior.
“By the way, since your body has almost recovered, it’s time to hold your coming-of-age ceremony.”
Shi’an said: “Early next month, His Majesty the Zerg Emperor will host a banquet for you at the palace to celebrate your coming of age. At that time, bring Aix with you.”
Mousse paused slightly.
He didn’t really want to let Aix out. Work was a necessity, but the coming-of-age ceremony…
Alright, the coming-of-age ceremony was also very important.
He was already an adult. If Aix wasn’t there, he would have to be invited to dance by other female zergs.
Mousse hesitated for a while, then nodded in agreement.
“I will bring him.”
·
Returning to the prince’s mansion, Mousse headed straight for the first basement level.
Pushing the door open, Mousse threw a brand-new military uniform in front of Aix.
He couldn’t hide his excitement as he ordered:
“Change!”
He had been waiting for this moment for a long time.
After laying so much groundwork and making so many preparations, he could finally torment Aix properly.
