    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of These Terms

    Welcome to PeachPuff.in (the “Site”). By visiting, reading, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy. Please read both.

    2. Who We Are

    PeachPuff.in is a website where fans can read translated web novels and related content. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the owner and operators of the Site. You can contact us through the Contact form page or our Discord server.

    3. Who Can Use the Site

    You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services, whichever is higher.

    Some stories contain mature themes such as violence, abuse, or sexual content. Where a story carries a content warning or an adult label, you must be at least 18 years old to read it. You are responsible for deciding whether content is suitable for you. If you are under 18, please do not read stories marked as mature.

    4. Accounts and Login

    You can read most of the site without an account. Some features, such as comments, bookmarks, and follows, need an account.

    You can sign in through a third-party service such as Google or Discord. When you do, we receive basic information from that service, such as your name, email address, and avatar, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

    You agree to:

    • Give accurate information and keep your login details secure;
    • Do not share your account or let others use it;
    • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

    You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

    5. Our Content and Third-Party Rights

    The stories on the site are translations of works created by other authors. The original works, characters, and stories belong to their respective authors, publishers, and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of the original works.

    Translations, edits, cover layouts, site design, code, and other material that we create are provided for personal reading only. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission, except for short quotations for review or discussion with a link back to the site.

    We respect the rights of authors and publishers. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the site infringes your rights, please see Section 9.

    6. Rules of Conduct

    When using the Site, you agree not to:

    • scrape, copy in bulk, mirror, or republish chapters, whether by hand, bot, or script, on other sites, apps, or platforms, including audio, video, or AI-generated versions;
    • paste our translations into AI training tools or sell them in any form;
    • upload, link to, or post unlawful content, malware, or spam;
    • harass, threaten, or abuse other readers or our team, or post hate speech;
    • post sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits children;
    • reveal other people’s personal information;
    • impersonate anyone or pretend to be part of our team;
    • try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its servers;
    • bypass any access limits, ad displays, or security measures.

    We may remove content or restrict access at any time if we believe these rules are broken.

    7. Comments and User Content

    You keep ownership of the comments and other content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you give us a free, worldwide right to display, store, and moderate it on the Site and in connection with running the Site.

    You are responsible for what you post. Please do not post spoilers without warning, and do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

    We may edit, hide, or delete any User Content, with or without notice, and we are not required to monitor it. Opinions in comments belong to the people who wrote them, not to us.

    8. Ads, Links, and Third-Party Services

    The site may show advertisements and may link to other websites or services, including our Discord server. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk.

    Please do not click ads in a way that is artificial, repeated, or meant to generate revenue unfairly. Doing so may result in a ban.

    9. Copyright Complaints and Takedowns

    If you are a rights holder or act for one and think material on the site infringes your copyright, please email us at contact@peachpuff.in with:

    • your name and contact details, and proof that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them;
    • a description of the work and the exact web address (URL) of the content in question;
    • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized;
    • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

    We review complete notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material when appropriate. We may also repost it if we find the notice was mistaken or if the complaint is withdrawn.

    10. Disclaimer

    The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or free of mistakes. Translations are made by people and may contain errors. Stories may include material that some readers find upsetting.

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

    Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

    12. Termination

    You may stop using the site at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these terms or if we need to protect the site or its users. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14, will continue to apply.

    13. Changes to the Site and These Terms

    We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts located in India, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
