LABMY CH160

After Shen Tingyue spoke those words, Jian Yuanbai, who had always ignored all sinister and eerie things, easily raised his hand and crushed that mass of sticky black liquid.

In that instant, memories surged forth, and everything from the past flooded back all at once.

Due to the soul-binding contract he had formed with Shen Tingyue, the connection between them was too strong, causing the small world to naturally reject him.

However, since both of them had lost their memories, the soul-binding contract, which should have been imprinted on their souls, had not been activated.

Thus, Jian Yuanbai had sealed his memories before following Shen Tingyue into the small world.

The “child of fate” in this world was Long Aotian, originally a max-level powerhouse restarting from scratch, gradually regaining his strength and lost memories, before ultimately facing off against the mastermind in a final battle.

However, due to Jian Yuanbai’s blood influence, Shen Tingyue had barely left the ancient castle before he regained his memories and power, causing the storyline to accelerate drastically.

Now that everything had ended, the complete world no longer fixated solely on Shen Tingyue, nor did it reject Jian Yuanbai.

At that moment, his sealed memories returned.

Watching Shen Tingyue running off at top speed, afraid of lagging behind and being mocked, Jian Yuanbai’s eyes glimmered with amusement.

A straight man?

In front of Shen Tingyue, he was never straight.

His initial suspicions had stemmed from a series of suggestive dreams.

Now, it seemed he could use the soul-binding contract to “tease” his amnesiac wife.

After all, as long as one person retained their memories, the contract would be activated.

Meanwhile, on the other side, after being forced by Jian Yuanbai to say things like “I am a corpse that crawled out of the grave solely for revenge” and “If anyone dares to stand in my way, I will slaughter the world without hesitation,” Shen Tingyue gritted his teeth, feeling an overwhelming sense of shame.

He didn’t even dare to look at the other members of the Special Operations Investigation Bureau who were present. Instead, he quickly wrapped up the mission and ran away at full speed.

Fortunately, he was a hired consultant, so no one dared to criticize him for leaving early.

When he got home, Shen Tingyue furiously took a shower, buried himself in his room, and resolved to ignore Jian Yuanbai for an entire week.

That night, the little vampire, who had never dreamed before, had his first dream in history.

In the dream, a black-haired, red-eyed boy walked alone through a grand yet desolate castle under the night sky.

He entered a garden filled with blooming roses, vibrant and seemingly stained with blood.

Suddenly, a hand grabbed his wrist. In the blink of an eye, the world spun, and his body fell onto a bed of roses—yet he felt no pain.

Blood-red petals fluttered down, landing on his pale shoulders, which had somehow been exposed.

A searing kiss descended upon the petals, burning through to the skin beneath.

The kisses wandered, lips capturing a tiny, blood-red rosebud.

Amid the chaotic rose garden, Shen Tingyue abruptly felt a scorching, tearing pain. His eyes widened in shock, and through his tear-blurred vision, he saw a crimson crescent moon in the sky.

Then, the moon was obscured, and a familiar face appeared before his eyes.

!

!!!

Lying in his soft bed, Shen Tingyue abruptly sat up, his beautiful eyes round with shock.

How could this be!?

How was this even possible!!

The dream terrified the little vampire so much that his fangs popped out. He rolled back and forth on the bed in frustration.

He thought he wouldn’t be able to sleep again, but before he knew it, he dozed off once more.

This time, the scene changed to his coffin—a finely crafted casket inlaid with luxurious gemstones, lined with soft cushions.

It was his bed for a century.

Even though the coffin was spacious for a casket, it was still a coffin. With two people inside, they were forced into close contact, their bodies pressed together, noses nearly touching.

The confined space prevented the other person from making large movements, so every action was precise and intense.

Shen Tingyue cried as he tried to push him away, but the coffin’s constraints made it impossible.

The little vampire’s eyes glazed over. After sleeping in this coffin for hundreds of years, this was the first time he felt like he was going to die inside it.

When he woke up from the dream, Shen Tingyue felt like he was about to break down.

From the moment of his birth, he had never dreamed before. And the first dream he had was this kind of dream.

Shen Tingyue dreamed of that person again. He suddenly sat up from the bed and hid before Jian Yuanbai got up.

As soon as he opened the door, he bumped into the last person he wanted to see at that moment.

Shen Tingyue tried his best to stay calm, but the tips of his ears, hidden beneath his black hair, turned completely red. “G-Good morning.”

Having such a dream made him feel a faint sense of shame when facing Jian Yuanbai.

Besides that, there was also a little… just a little guilt.

It was one thing to be intimate with someone in a dream.

The key issue was that Shen Tingyue had instinctively affirmed—without hesitation—that he had no way of resisting Jian Yuanbai.

Thinking back to last night’s dream, he didn’t feel any repulsion, only shame.

His whole body burned with embarrassment.

The culprit, Jian Yuanbai, asked with genuine concern, “Did you sleep well last night?”

“I feel quite refreshed.”

The little vampire’s voice suddenly rose two octaves. “Not at all!!”

Panicked and stammering, he said, “I just remembered… remembered… I still have something to ask Yula Zans! I’m leaving now!”

After saying that, he turned around and ran off at full speed.

That night, he dreamed again.

Ever since that night, those indulgent and decadent dreams had never stopped.

At first, Shen Tingyue only felt shame. But later, he began to secretly look forward to them.

The only thing that worried him was fear.

He didn’t realize—

That whenever he stood in front of Jian Yuanbai, looking all proud and aloof, his eyes shimmered with a moisture that seemed ready to spill over.

The wicked man pretended not to notice, watching as his little red moon clumsily tried to hide in front of him.

At night, they were entangled in dream-bound passion.

In reality, they carefully maintained a distance—something between close friends and something more.

It seemed like only Shen Tingyue was dreaming.

But in truth, both of them were being tormented.

Just when Jian Yuanbai felt that if he kept teasing, he might push things too far—

Shen Tingyue, who had been dreaming every night, finally blurred the line between dream and reality one evening when they bid each other goodnight.

Blushing, he stuck out his soft, pink tongue and whispered, “Tonight, I want to kiss with my mouth full.”

Jian Yuanbai’s gaze darkened, and he leaned down to kiss him.

Everything fell into place, natural and inevitable.

Just as they were about to cross the final threshold—

Jian Yuanbai, voice husky with laughter, murmured, “Little Master, I’m about to commit treason.”

The stars in the sky dimmed.

Under him, Jian Yuanbai’s red little moon shone brilliantly.

Afterward, even though he was exhausted and barely able to keep his eyes open, Shen Tingyue still forced out a hoarse reprimand.

“If the creator of the Heartbond knew how you used it, they’d want to take it to the grave.”

Jian Yuanbai wasn’t surprised that he had regained his memories.

In fact, he had been waiting for his beloved, clueless wife to remember. That was why he had been suppressing his desires and teasing him for so long.

He chuckled softly and held his now limp and drowsy lover. “Because my wife has already had so many dreams about me.”

“I’ve dreamed about my wife countless times. It’s unfair.”

Shen Tingyue turned his head, his damp, red-rimmed eyes glaring at him as he enunciated each word, “Is—this—a—matter—of—fairness?!”

Jian Yuanbai knew he was in the wrong and said nothing, simply holding Shen Tingyue and coaxing him to sleep.

Before falling asleep, Shen Tingyue suddenly thought of something. “In the next world, don’t mess around with any strange relationships!”

“We were supposed to have a normal love story, but you—”

“You made it feel like some kind of forbidden, taboo thrill!”

Jian Yuanbai whispered back, “But, my wife, when you called me ‘Adoptive Father’ in your dream, your body was very honest.”

Shen Tingyue’s face turned scarlet, and in a fit of rage, he snapped, “Shut up!”

Fuming, he buried his face into Jian Yuanbai’s chest, slowly drifting off to sleep in the familiar scent that made him feel safe.

The moon hid behind the clouds.

The beloved was held in his lover’s embrace.

Shen Tingyue no longer needed to enter the small worlds, but they discovered that time flowed much slower there.

A thousand years might seem long, but with his lover, it felt all too short.

By staying in the small worlds, the issue of lifespan was easily resolved.

Besides, for Jian Yuanbai and Shen Tingyue, entering the small worlds felt like a special kind of vacation.

With Jian Yuanbai around, all tasks became simple. Once they completed the missions, they were free to spend as much time as they wanted in the small world.

And if they ever got tired, they could return to the real world, where time passed slowly enough for them to rest at their leisure.

Jian Yuanbai wasn’t sure if the moon he encountered in each small world was always the same one.

But it didn’t matter.

No matter how the world changed or how time spun, the one by his side was always Shen Tingyue.

Always, until the very end.

Shen Tingyue was his moon.

His, and his alone.

He stole his moon for himself.

And from then on, he and his moon slept side by side.
