Chapter 58: All My Money Is Yours (School Supernatural) (19, 20)
Lei Che lowered his eyes, silently thinking to himself. Although he always felt that he was unworthy of Ying Zhao, he couldn’t deny his feelings for him.
He truly liked Ying Zhao, genuinely yearned for him. Even if he felt unworthy, even if he had to use money and methods to buy it, he still wanted to seize moments of Ying Zhao’s time and make him temporarily his own.
Taking a deep breath, Lei Che revealed a trace of self-mockery in his smile, which he himself did not notice. He then turned his head away, not looking at Ying Zhao’s face.
Seeing Lei Che like this, Ying Zhao couldn’t help but feel a bit heartbroken. He knew his man liked to overthink things.
So Ying Zhao reached out, stroked Lei Che’s cheek, then lifted his chin to make him look into his eyes and kissed him on the lips.
Ying Zhao chuckled, “You’re very silly, you know that? Before you asked if I would accept your money, why didn’t you ask if I wanted to be with you?”
Lei Che understood Ying Zhao’s lip movements and felt a bit dazed. Though he couldn’t believe it, a flicker of hope still arose within him. After hesitating for a moment, he softly asked Ying Zhao:
“If I had asked you first if you wanted to be with me, how would you have answered?”
Upon hearing Lei Che’s question, Ying Zhao gave a radiant smile. Without playing any games, he looked at Lei Che and gently replied:
“I would say yes, because I fell in love with you at first sight.”
Lei Che was surprised by Ying Zhao’s words, his mouth opening wide in astonishment. But then an intense happiness filled his heart. It turned out that this wasn’t just a one-sided crush; the person he liked also liked him!
This mutual affection made Lei Che feel as though his chest was brimming with joy. He shakily held Ying Zhao’s shoulders, incredulously asking again:
“Would you really want to be with me? Even if I didn’t give you money? You really, truly like me a bit too, don’t you?”
Ying Zhao nodded without hesitation, then narrowed his eyes dangerously, reaching out to pinch Lei Che’s nose and giving it a hard twist. He angrily said:
“Are you an idiot? Do you think just money could make me want to be with you? Haven’t I told you that I’m very expensive! So expensive that even if you gave me all the wealth in the world, I wouldn’t look at it. But if that person is you, even if you have nothing, as long as you say you love me, I will say yes.”
Seeing Ying Zhao say this, Lei Che’s heart pounded with excitement. Unable to resist, he moved closer to Ying Zhao and gently kissed his lips, seeing the unconcealed tenderness and deep affection in his eyes.
Ying Zhao closed his eyes, obediently wrapping his arms around Lei Che’s neck, nestling into his embrace. He then blinked at Lei Che, showing a hint of an ambiguous smile, and softly asked, “Does the cheongsam look good?”
His lover had already made his feelings so clear, and Lei Che was not a foolish person; on the contrary, he was very clever. So he quickly understood Ying Zhao’s intention.
The school doctor really wasn’t lying to him. He liked him, even willing to…
Realizing this, Lei Che no longer suppressed his emotions. His gaze burned as he looked at his alluring lover in his arms and picked him up, heading toward the nearby bed.
The two lovers embraced tightly and soon became one. Lei Che hadn’t expected that their first time together would unfold in such a manner.
Seeing Ying Zhao half-dressed in the cheongsam, held in his arms, Lei Che felt completely out of control. He repeatedly tried to assert his dominance.
This intimate exchange between the lovers lasted a long time, until Ying Zhao, utterly exhausted, couldn’t take it anymore, and Lei Che finally let him go. Ying Zhao glanced at the ruined cheongsam by the bedside and felt a bit regretful.
However, Lei Che’s performance surprised Ying Zhao. Although his lover had always been reserved and not particularly muscular, the strength he displayed just now was unexpectedly great, almost overwhelming.
Since the campus festival was held on a Friday, the next day was the weekend, so despite their antics that night, they didn’t have to worry about school or work the following day.
Finally being able to express his feelings and be with his lover in this world made Ying Zhao feel incredibly happy. He nestled in Lei Che’s arms and fell into a deep sleep.
When Ying Zhao woke up the next day, he lifted his head to see Lei Che looking at him with a tender smile. Ying Zhao sat up and yawned, the quilt sliding off his body.
Just by looking at the marks left on Ying Zhao’s body, one could imagine how intense the previous night’s situation had been. Seeing this, Lei Che felt a strong urge but restrained himself, his eyes revealing a deep, swirling emotion.
Ying Zhao quickly hid back under the covers, feeling the soreness from his first experience in this world. Both had been somewhat reckless, so Ying Zhao’s waist was still a bit sore.
Ying Zhao blinked at Lei Che and said somewhat coyly, “My waist hurts.”
Lei Che stiffened upon hearing this. He knew it had been Ying Zhao’s first time, and he had been a bit rough, worried that he might have hurt him.
So he quickly suppressed his thoughts and placed his hands on Ying Zhao’s waist and back, diligently massaging him.
Lei Che had woken up early and considered making breakfast for Ying Zhao. However, recalling his culinary skills, which were on par with his sister’s, he hesitated.
After all, even he couldn’t stomach his own cooking, let alone subject his lover to it. So, he awkwardly touched his nose and said somewhat embarrassedly:
“Sorry, I was supposed to make breakfast for you. But my cooking is about the same as my sister’s…”
Hearing this, Ying Zhao quickly understood his meaning. He smiled, lifted his head, and kissed Lei Che’s lips.
Ying Zhao shook his head and said, “It’s okay. There are some ready-made things in the fridge. I’ll just fix something simple.”
He then got out of bed, put on a robe, and prepared a simple yet nutritious breakfast for himself and Lei Che. Lei Che sat beside Ying Zhao, feeling different from usual despite eating the same breakfast.
Lei Che felt an overwhelming sweetness in his heart and couldn’t help but kiss Ying Zhao’s lips halfway through the meal.
After breakfast, the two lovers decided to go on a date over the weekend, taking a break. After confessing their feelings the previous day, Ying Zhao was in a very good mood.
Although Ying Zhao wasn’t technically the school doctor of Shenglin Academy, Lei Che was still in school. While they didn’t mind making their relationship public, they didn’t want to be the center of attention.
So they planned to stroll in a secluded area. After breakfast, they went for a walk by the lake. During the morning, it was generally quiet, and couples usually didn’t come here.
At this time, the place seemed quite secluded. Seeing no one around, Lei Che secretly held Ying Zhao’s hand. Seeing that Ying Zhao didn’t refuse, he smiled broadly.
Ying Zhao turned his head, blinked at Lei Che, and kissed his cheek. The two sweetly held hands, walking by the lake.
However, as they were enjoying their time together, Lan Lili happened to pass by. Seeing Ying Zhao and Lei Che holding hands, she was shocked and quickly hid behind a tree.
Although she had sensed that Lei Che had unusual feelings for Ying Zhao during the campus festival yesterday, Lan Lili had always thought it was just Lei Che’s unrequited love.
She never expected to see them holding hands today, indicating that they had been together for some time.
Even though the school did not encourage teacher-student relationships, this rule didn’t apply to Ying Zhao. He wasn’t a teacher at Shenglin Academy and was only a temporary school doctor, mainly providing psychological counseling for students.
Knowing that Ying Zhao would eventually leave, Lan Lili found it difficult to report this to the school, as there would be no valid reason to pursue it.
Seeing the two holding hands and looking happy, Lan Lili felt an immense dissatisfaction. She had spent so much effort trying to attract Lei Che’s attention, but he had always ignored her. Yet, this school doctor had effortlessly gotten what she wanted. How could this be acceptable?
Although Lan Lili always tried to present herself as a kind and graceful person at school, in reality, she was domineering and could not tolerate anyone being better than her in any way.
Therefore, what she couldn’t get, she didn’t want others to have either. A malicious gleam flashed in her eyes as she decided that she couldn’t just let this matter slide.
Since this Ying Hanyu had the audacity to snatch what she wanted, she wouldn’t let him off the hook. With this in mind, Lan Lili turned and hurriedly left.
The moment she left, a slight smile curved on Ying Zhao’s lips.
Although the place where Lan Lili was hiding was some distance away from Ying Zhao and Lei Che, Ying Zhao, with his sharp senses and the assistance of his system Xiaobai, could easily detect that the female lead was spying on them.
He wondered what new method the female lead would come up with to court disaster this time. In the previous timeline, the original owner had innocently lost his life because of this woman. If she wanted to pull the same stunt again, Ying Zhao would not let her play with others’ lives so recklessly. She must be punished accordingly.
On the other side, Lan Lili hurriedly went to find He Lei, who had always been attentive to her. Although He Lei came from a good family background, he often mingled with some delinquents and enjoyed hanging out with troublemakers.
Lan Lili sought him out and tearfully complained, saying that when she was injured and went to Ying Zhao for bandaging, the school doctor took advantage of her.
He Lei, who had a fiery temper, was immediately enraged upon hearing this and wanted to rush to the infirmary to teach Ying Zhao a lesson. Seeing this, Lan Lili’s eyes flashed with a victorious gleam, but she quickly feigned panic and grabbed He Lei’s arm, saying:
“If you go to him directly and hurt him, you’ll be punished too! Besides, if this blows up, everyone will know that I was bullied by him. How will I face people at school then!”
He Lei, hearing this, stopped in his tracks and angrily asked, “Then what should we do? We can’t let you suffer this injustice!”
Lan Lili leaned closer and whispered in his ear. Hearing her plan, He Lei nodded repeatedly.
It seemed that the gang of brothers he knew would indeed be useful. Sending them to avenge Lan Lili by disfiguring Ying Zhao’s face would not only vent his anger for his beloved but also keep their involvement hidden.
As for the school doctor, even if he knew it was He Lei who sent people after him, what could he do? With his and Lan Lili’s family backgrounds, they could easily make Ying Zhao swallow his complaints.
With this in mind, He Lei quickly sought out his delinquent friends for help. The gang leader, hearing that there would be a reward, readily agreed.
For the next few days, some shady-looking youths loitered near Shenglin Academy, waiting for an opportunity to strike at Ying Zhao.
Ying Zhao, however, had already noticed this. One evening, when Lei Che had some online work to do, Ying Zhao claimed he was going out to buy something and left the house.
Leaving the tower, Ying Zhao walked alone towards the school gate. As expected, he encountered those delinquents with ill intentions in a secluded area.
Seeing Ying Zhao alone, the two or three thugs grinned maliciously, playing with their knives as they approached him.
Once close, one of them made a move to slash Ying Zhao’s face with the knife. But with his skills, those thugs were no match for Ying Zhao, who swiftly knocked them all to the ground.
Lan Lili and He Lei, who had been hiding in the shadows to witness the event, were stunned. They hadn’t expected Ying Zhao to have such skills.
Lan Lili quickly turned and shouted to the gang leader watching the scene, “What are you doing? Get the others to restrain him!”
The gang leader, who had underestimated Ying Zhao, thinking he was just a school doctor, had only sent two or three of his men. Seeing them defeated, he was startled but quickly ordered the rest of his men to rush in and subdue Ying Zhao.
Seeing himself surrounded by a dozen people, Ying Zhao stopped resisting and let them restrain him. Lan Lili, finally seeing Ying Zhao subdued, felt a rush of satisfaction.
Thinking it didn’t matter if Ying Zhao knew her family background, she stepped out from the shadows with a smug look and ordered the thugs, “Hurry up and slash his face!”
Ying Zhao, seeing Lan Lili emerge, pretended to be surprised. He heard her order and immediately put on a look of confusion and anger, asking:
“Why? I haven’t done anything to you. Why are you doing this to me?”
Lan Lili responded with a malicious smile, “You still ask why? If it weren’t for you seducing Lei Che, would he keep rejecting me? You insolent fool, daring to take what I want, you must be ready to be punished!”
He Lei, standing beside Lan Lili, was shocked to hear this. He loudly confronted her, “Lili, didn’t you say this was because he took advantage of you while bandaging your wound?”
Lan Lili, caught off guard by her own slip of the tongue in her moment of triumph, realized she had revealed the truth. Seeing no point in hiding it now, she pursed her lips and ignored He Lei.
Instead, with a menacing expression, she turned to the nearby thug and said, “He’s already tied up, hurry and slash his face!”
However, just as she finished speaking, the gang leader stopped his subordinates and signaled them with a look, saying, “Tie them all up.”
Lan Lili was stunned by his words and then saw that He Lei, who was beside her, was already being restrained by several thugs.
Lan Lili never expected such a turn of events. She abandoned He Lei, who was being held, and tried to escape.
However, as a weak girl, she had no chance against these vicious thugs and was quickly captured.
