SGT CH19: Undress

◎Entering the office, Mousse walked to the floor-to-ceiling window and glanced down.◎

Mousse did not notify the military headquarters reception in advance.

So, when the aircraft bearing the imperial crest entered the military district’s airspace in a high-profile manner, the military females, who were still on their break, burst into a commotion.

“The golden Morning Star family crest, it’s His Highness the Prince!”

“There were rumors before that His Highness the Prince’s physiological awakening period was approaching. After that, His Highness did not visit the military for several months. Why the sudden visit today?”

“Haven’t you heard? The newly arrived General Aix is His Highness the Prince’s female consort.”

“What?! His Highness is married?!”

“He has a female consort just after coming of age. As expected, excellent male zergs are not circulated on the market.”

“Male zergs from noble families mostly marry female zergs of equally noble status and high rank as their female consorts. The position of His Highness the Prince’s female consort was never something we could dream of.”

“But you can still dream of being a female attendant.”

This was the nature of the zerg race.

There were more females than males, and excellent high-level male zergs were even rarer.

If a female zerg wanted to marry up, to a male zerg of the same or higher level, they would mostly only become a female attendant.

Marrying down, to a male zerg of a lower level, they could mostly secure the position of female consort.

But, it was in the nature of zergs to admire the strong.

And the experience with a low-level female zerg and a high-level male zerg was really very different, in all aspects.

It was like having the choice between a regular admission spot at a top-tier military academy and a second-rate military academy where you could get an entrance scholarship.

Most female zergs would choose the former without hesitation.

There would also always be a portion of female zergs who would choose the latter for various reasons.

“So, what qualifications does Aix have to become His Highness the Prince’s female consort?”

Aix was indeed very outstanding. An S-level female zerg, with a chance to break through to SS, excellent individual ability, distinguished military service, promoted to General at a young age, he was undoubtedly the number one among the new generation of female zergs.

But if you included the previous generation of female zergs and other family influences, Aix was not that dazzling.

You had to know, of the four marshals in the military, three were still unmarried.

And, Aix had a fatal flaw.

—His origin.

Born a commoner, apart from his influence in the military, he had no family backing.

And, he came from the Dark Star Region.

The latter was even more fatal than the former.

However, the Dark Star Region was the fiefdom the prince had personally chosen. He had spent great effort, breaking the old and establishing the new, to create the present-day White Night Star.

White Night Star was the former Dark Star Region.

They, the military females serving their military duty on White Night Star, had witnessed the changes on this planet with their own eyes. Naturally, they would not look down on a female zerg from the Dark Star Region.

But they also knew that in the eyes of the public outside White Night Star, especially the major noble families, coming from the Dark Star Region represented danger, lowliness, and being unclassy.

It was precisely because of these flaws and shortcomings that it gave the military females a strange sense of empathy.

Also a military female from a commoner background, also relying solely on accumulating military merit for promotion.

Aix’s starting point was even worse than most of them.

It was as if they could see their own shadow in Aix.

So, the military females’ views on Aix were very complicated.

On one hand, analyzing from the zerg’s social concepts and rationality, Aix’s origin was not worthy of the prince.

On the other hand, from their personal feelings, they hoped that Aix and the prince could be happy.

“There’s no such thing as being worthy or not. As long as His Highness the Prince likes him, it’s fine.”

“His Highness not only married General Aix as his female consort, but also personally came to the military to visit him… I’m starting to believe in love again.”

After Mousse broke through to S-level, his perception of the emotions of the surrounding zergs became more acute.

So, he sensed that since he entered the military headquarters, the military females’ emotions had been rising and falling like a roller coaster.

Shock, admiration, jealousy, envy, and… blessings.

Mousse: “???”

What’s wrong with these military females?

They looked dull and cold on the outside, but their inner emotions were so rich and varied.

Thinking about it carefully, Aix’s inner monologue was also quite rich.

When faced with his torment, he always showed a silent and submissive posture, as if he could endure anything.

And he did endure it.

It was just that many times, especially when their eyes met, that pair of green eyes would reveal complex pain and struggle.

Respect and submission were just a disguise for survival, just to protect himself and the cub.

The real Aix was hidden deeper inside, never having completely surrendered to him.

It attracted Mousse to open him up time and time again, to delve into him, to force him, to torment him, and from his occasional leaked pain and struggle, to find the real Aix.

“Where is General Aix?” Stepping off the aircraft, Mousse asked a military female at the side.

“Replying to Your Highness, General Aix is in the simulated battlefield. Generals Roger and Auray are also there.” The military female who was asked was so excited his handsome face turned red.

Oh, Mousse understood. It had escalated from a fight to a group fight.

This was why Mousse had never thought of using a whip or other torture instruments on Aix before.

An S-level military female could go to the battlefield while carrying an egg and exchange high-energy cannon fire with the enemy.

Even if the mech was blasted to pieces, they could still transform into their zerg form to continue fighting, occasionally performing a feat of tearing a mech apart with their bare hands.

A whip or something like that, for a high-level military female, didn’t even count as a tickle.

But since Aix was afraid of this, he had to arrange it as soon as possible.

Mousse was already regretting not having prepared a whip earlier.

Because when he heard that Aix was in a group fight on the simulated battlefield, he really wanted to whip him.

Carrying an egg was one thing, but he was also missing his wings.

Under these circumstances, facing the two original generals of White Night Star…

Mousse couldn’t help but think, maybe he should just lock Aix back up.

He was afraid that before Aix was tormented to death by him, he would die at the hands of other zergs first.

This thought only stayed in his mind for three minutes.

When Mousse entered the observation room of the simulated battlefield and saw the massive virtual screen, the dark mech that was dominating a group of opponents, he forgot everything else.

Powerful, sharp, looking down on everything.

This was an aura that Aix would never show when he fought against him.

After Mousse gave up on bombing Aix with energy cannons and instead practiced mech combat with him, Aix had gone easy on him to the point of turning the fight into a vast ocean.

Mousse looked up, deeply staring at the black mech on the virtual image.

This Aix, who was charging at the forefront and would even be distracted to protect his teammates.

The strong and reliable Aix.

Actually, this was his initial impression of Aix.

Although he had never called him “female father,” even “Gege” was only called out reluctantly after much pestering, as if he had been taken great advantage of.

But in that past, Aix had indeed played the role of his female father and older brother, being both a father and a brother, giving him the greatest protection and affection.

He had also, in his heart, considered Aix as family.

Until…

Until…

“Heh.” Mousse let out a half-self-mocking, half-sarcastic laugh.

So, a zerg shouldn’t reminisce about the past.

Once you reminisce, you want to drag a certain female zerg out of the mech and torment him mercilessly.

Clearly, before setting off for the military headquarters, he had only wanted to see if that female zerg without wings would be bullied.

Now he found that the female zerg wasn’t being bullied enough, and he wanted to do it himself.

The simulated battlefield duel ended, and the unit led by Aix won with a huge advantage.

The two original generals of White Night Star were a bit dissatisfied with the sudden arrival of Aix, especially after learning that the other party had become the prince’s female consort.

In such situations, military females usually had their own unique way of resolving things.

A fight would do.

There is no first in literature, and no second in martial arts.

Whether it was a dispute over military position or rivalry in pursuing a male zerg, it could all be resolved with a hearty battle.

Zergs admire the strong, and military females even more so.

After a duel that simulated a real battlefield, although the two generals didn’t say anything, their attitude towards Aix and the Blood Blade unit had improved a lot. They had truly recognized them from the bottom of their hearts.

“Welcome to White Night Star, General Aix.”

General Auray took the initiative to extend his hand and said humorously: “Or perhaps I should say, welcome back.

“When you have free time, you can go out for a stroll with His Highness the Prince. White Night Star has changed a lot over the years.”

Aix shook hands with him, accepting General Auray’s welcome.

But as for what the other party said later, he didn’t know how to answer.

The prince let him return to the military, but that didn’t mean he would allow him to go to other places, let alone go out for a stroll with him.

He could only say vaguely: “It all depends on His Highness the Prince’s arrangement.”

General Auray looked at him with some surprise and said with astonishment: “Does His Highness actually like this style?”

Dull, uninteresting.

This had always been the type that male zergs disliked the most.

If His Highness the Prince had a taste for this…

General Auray fell into deep thought.

General Roger at the side was also thinking, should he change his style?

“Alright, let’s go out first. General Aix’s last move was really cool, overpowering ten with one force. The zergs watching outside are probably going crazy with excitement.”

However, when the three generals walked out together, they found that the huge observation field outside was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

All the military females were sitting upright, their postures as solemn as if at a military parade.

But their eyes were fiery and excited.

Aix’s gaze passed over the crowd of zergs and landed in the center of the audience seats, an area that was almost a vacuum amidst the dense military females.

His Highness the Prince, dressed in a magnificent formal suit, was sitting there quietly.

After their eyes met, the prince gracefully stood up and turned to walk out.

“Sir, hurry and follow him.”

The adjutant behind him lowered his voice, his tone urgent.

“His Highness just watched your combat footage for a long time. Not only was he not repulsed, he even smiled.”

You had to know, most male zergs didn’t like female zergs in their combat state.

The cold mechs like steel giants, the dazzling energy beams, the cruel collisions between mechs…

Smoke, fire, blood, each of these would frighten a male zerg.

For His Highness the Prince to be able to watch the whole thing, and even smile at the General’s mech.

His Highness must really like the General!

Amidst the adjutant’s expectant urging, amidst the envious and sour gazes of Generals Auray and Roger, and under the watchful eyes of all the military females present.

Aix strode out and gave chase.

At this moment, General Aix, who was envied by all the zergs, was very uneasy inside.

His Highness the Prince had said he would come to the military headquarters to see him in the afternoon.

But when he cut off the communication earlier, the prince’s expression was clearly one of displeasure.

He had originally thought the prince wouldn’t come.

But the prince had appeared at the military headquarters.

From the adjutant’s words, it seemed the prince had even waited for him for a long time.

Answering the communication 11 seconds late had already incurred the prince’s wrath. This time, making the prince wait for such a long time, he didn’t know what kind of punishment he would receive.

Aix was uneasy inside, but he didn’t show it on his face.

He had long legs and quickly caught up with the prince.

It was just that the prince didn’t seem to want to pay him any attention, nor did he intend to stop. He walked with elegant steps, passing one military building after another, and arrived in front of the officer’s office building.

Only then did the prince deign to give him a glance.

“Take me to your office.”

“Yes, this way please, Your Highness.”

Aix stepped forward, cleverly maintaining a distance of half a body length behind the prince, and gestured to lead the way for the prince.

Entering the office.

Mousse glanced around the conventionally arranged office, walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, looked down, and then turned back to look at Aix.

He opened his mouth and said: “Undress.”
