ISWTDB Ch30
Chapter 30: The Disabled Brother of the Wealthy Male Lead (6, 7, 8)
Lin Yiting fell silent upon hearing Ying Zhao’s words. The thought of Ying Zhao crossing the ocean to a place so far away made his heart ache.
However, he knew this was Ying Zhao’s lifelong dream, something he couldn’t truly stop. But he couldn’t help but ask:
“Actually, Shenglin Academy also has excellent faculty. Can’t you stay here?”
Seeing Lin Yiting’s reluctance, Ying Zhao lowered his eyes. He, of course, didn’t want to leave his lover either. But in this small world, if he wanted to make real breakthroughs in his research, he had to go to Haus Academy in Country Y for further study to have such an opportunity.
Moreover, Ying Zhao wasn’t just doing this to fulfill the original owner’s dream. What is the greatest use of the perfect integration of mechanics and biology?
If human nerves could be perfectly connected with machinery without being rejected by the body, wouldn’t that technology be applicable to disabled people who can’t move their limbs? Wouldn’t that give Lin Yiting the possibility to stand up again?
Thinking of this ignited a fire in Ying Zhao’s heart. This was the true reason he wanted to study further in Country Y. However, he couldn’t tell Lin Yiting this because everything in the future was uncertain.
Although Ying Zhao knew he would give his all, he couldn’t guarantee that he would achieve such a research breakthrough.
So Ying Zhao tried to lighten the atmosphere, smiling at Lin Yiting and saying, “What? Can’t bear to part with your husband?”
Lin Yiting heard Ying Zhao’s words and, after a long while, looked up. He took a deep breath, trying hard to smile, but it looked worse than crying.
Seeing Lin Yiting’s expression, Ying Zhao felt heartbroken. He couldn’t help but lean over, pull Lin Yiting’s arm, and then hold his hand tightly, saying solemnly:
“Brother Yiting, wait for me, okay? You must wait for me to come back!”
Lin Yiting nodded vigorously, silently promising himself that he would wait for Xiao Zhou to come back, no matter how long it took.
Because if Xiao Zhou wasn’t by his side, he felt his life would become barren and lifeless.
Only the thought of seeing Xiao Zhou again gave him a glimmer of comfort.
However, once Xiao Zhou was abroad, without him by his side, there would be many temptations waiting for him.
Who knew what kind of girls Xiao Zhou would meet then? The women at the so-called Haus Academy must be very outstanding.
And there would be people in the same major as Xiao Zhou, with whom he would have many common topics.
Thinking of this, Lin Yiting couldn’t suppress his violent feelings and suddenly felt a desire to destroy everything. But soon, he deflated.
What right did he have to stop him? Xiao Zhou was only sixteen this year, and he was already twenty-seven. Although Xiao Zhou always teased by calling him “wife,” it was just a joke carried on from childhood.
With his broken body, unable even to stand up, what right did he have to ask anything of Xiao Zhou? All he could do was quietly protect him.
Taking a deep breath, Lin Yiting said to Ying Zhao:
“Xiao Zhou, you must achieve your dreams as soon as possible. I’ll be here waiting for you, forever waiting!”
Ying Zhao was deeply moved by Lin Yiting’s words. He leaned down, hugged Lin Yiting tightly, and whispered in his ear:
“Brother Yiting, don’t worry. I will come back as soon as possible!”
Due to many new things to adapt to in Country Y and some matters at the academy that Ying Zhao needed to handle in advance, he had to leave for Country Y the next day.
Knowing that Ying Zhao would leave the next day, Lin Yiting felt even more reluctant. He hurried back to his study and took out the gift he had prepared for Ying Zhao long ago, handing it to him.
Looking at the small wooden carving in front of him, Ying Zhao blinked. It was a rabbit missing a leg, clearly modeled after a stuffed rabbit.
And that stuffed rabbit, in a way, represented Lin Yiting.
Ying Zhao solemnly accepted the carving, holding the small wooden rabbit in his hand, and smiled at Lin Yiting, saying:
“I will carry it with me at all times, just like I am always with you!”
The sky had already darkened, and the moonlight cast a soft glow on Ying Zhao’s face, adding a gentle halo to his features. Lin Yiting gazed at Ying Zhao in a daze, silently thinking.
Xiao Zhou, I will wait for you, forever waiting…
[Eight years later]
In a laboratory at Haus Academy, a scholarly-looking young man in a white lab coat took off his glasses, revealing his narrow, beautiful phoenix eyes.
He wore a necklace with a wooden rabbit missing a leg around his neck, which looked somewhat odd. Rubbing his tired nose, he placed the lab report aside and exhaled deeply.
Looking at the experimental showcase and the goals he had pursued for years, Ying Zhao smiled and said softly:
“It’s finally done. I can finally go back to see him!”
Suddenly, a cute girl in a lab coat jumped out from beside him, looking at him in surprise and saying:
“Wow! Professor Ying, who never smiles, actually smiled! Are you eager to see your lover because you can finally go back? I really want to know who managed to win your wooden heart!”
Ying Zhao gave her a somewhat helpless smile and said:
“Milai, you see your lover every day. How can you understand the feelings of someone lonely like me?”
Hearing Ying Zhao’s words, Milai pouted, her face showing a despondent, troubled expression.
“But what does it matter that we love each other? Her family has never allowed her to be with a female partner.”
Seeing his assistant’s dejected expression, Ying Zhao patted her shoulder and said, “Where there is a will, there is a way. As long as you love each other, you can overcome any difficulty.”
Hearing Ying Zhao’s encouragement, Milai seemed to regain her confidence and nodded vigorously at him.
“I understand. Although I will miss you, I know you must go back. After all, you have completed all your research plans. Leaving such a good boss and mentor is my loss. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together again in the future!”
With that, Milai extended her hand to Ying Zhao, who smiled and shook it. They said their goodbyes, and Ying Zhao boarded a plane back to his country that evening.
Eight years had passed, a full eight years without returning.
Two years after Ying Zhao went to Country Y, Ying Zhao’s parents also immigrated to Country Y, so they could meet often. Although Ying Zhao was not the original owner, he was happy to fulfill filial duties on his behalf.
He had also confessed his feelings for Lin Yiting to them early on. Unexpectedly, the Ying family parents were very open-minded. Although Ying Zhao was their only child, they hoped he could find true happiness.
Ying Zhao was very grateful for their understanding, and the family got along even more harmoniously.
Although he had opportunities to return home during this time, Ying Zhao feared that if he saw Lin Yiting, he would be unable to leave him.
But he had more important things to accomplish, things that were also for Lin Yiting’s future. Ying Zhao could see that his man had always felt inferior because of his legs.
Perhaps because of this, Lin Yiting had never fully confronted the nature of their relationship. So Ying Zhao hoped that the success of his research would allow his lover to be with him without any reservations.
For his lover, Ying Zhao worked day and night, conducting various experiments. Finally, after eight years, he completed the perfect fusion of human tissue and machinery.
As long as he could verify it after returning home, Lin Yiting would definitely be able to stand up. Thinking of this, Ying Zhao couldn’t wait for the plane to arrive.
He knew Lin Yiting would come to pick him up, and he couldn’t wait to see him.
However, what Ying Zhao didn’t know was that the man he missed was sitting dazed in a small room. This room was a secret chamber built within Lin Yiting’s bedroom.
The walls of the secret chamber were covered with photos of Ying Zhao over the years. Every day, he would have a private detective follow Ying Zhao and send back his photos.
Sometimes there were photos, sometimes videos. He was always eager to see what Ying Zhao looked like now and marvel at how much he had changed over the years.
But he also didn’t want Ying Zhao to be too close. Even though the person following Ying Zhao was hired by him, he couldn’t stand his precious treasure being observed closely.
Gazing obsessively at the wall full of photos, Lin Yiting picked up the latest photo of Ying Zhao in a white lab coat. Looking at his serious expression while holding a report, he silently thought.
His Xiao Zhou had grown up, becoming a real man. He hadn’t expected Xiao Zhou to become even more captivating after fully maturing.
Since Ying Zhao left, Lin Yiting had been suppressing himself. Although he controlled himself in front of others and didn’t show his inner anger and violence, whenever he returned home, the butler and servants of the Lin family knew that the young master’s room would again be filled with the sounds of objects being smashed and furious roars.
The next morning, when they went to clean Lin Yiting’s room, they would often see shocking fragments everywhere.
Lin Yiting would smash everything he could in the room, seemingly trying to vent his inner rage.
However, he knew that no matter how many things he broke, no matter how loudly he yelled, even though he kept increasing his medication, the rage inside him couldn’t be calmed.
Luckily, Ying Zhao often made video calls. Only when he saw Ying Zhao’s face and heard his voice did Lin Yiting feel a bit of peace.
When Ying Zhao had just left, Lin Yiting kept convincing himself that he saw Ying Zhao as his closest person, his angel, and his only salvation.
Until one day four years ago, Lin Yiting found he could no longer deceive himself. Like usual, he had a weekly video call with Ying Zhao.
When he saw the now fully grown, handsome young man on the screen, Lin Yiting felt an uncontrollable thrill in his heart.
He still remembered Ying Zhao smiling and telling him that he had completed his master’s and doctoral courses and could now conduct more in-depth research.
Ying Zhao’s bright smile shattered the last barrier in Lin Yiting’s heart. After ending the call, he picked up the handwritten card Ying Zhao had sent him a few days earlier, feeling as if it still carried Ying Zhao’s scent.
Recalling the young man’s every expression and movement, Lin Yiting felt his heart race. That night, he drank a lot, intending to let go and stop thinking about Xiao Zhou.
But when he woke up and saw the mess in his bed and the used tissues on the floor, Lin Yiting knew he could no longer deceive himself.
The scenes from the drunken night flashed before his eyes, calling out the young man’s name, venting again and again. Tirelessly, he imagined hugging and kissing him, the images in his mind making him unable to stop.
Lin Yiting lay back on the bed in despair, covering his reddened eyes with one hand. He was now over thirty, while Xiao Zhou was only twenty, just starting to bloom.
How could someone like him be worthy? How could he desecrate his most precious Xiao Zhou like this?
Lin Yiting wanted to calm himself down and stop his shameful behavior. However, it was all in vain. Whenever night fell, the longing would sweep over him like a red tide.
Thus, Lin Yiting felt like a pervert, simultaneously despising himself and building this secret room filled with Ying Zhao’s photos.
Whenever he couldn’t resist the longing, he would lock himself in this room, fantasizing about everything about Ying Zhao and venting his feelings.
Lin Yiting kept telling himself that he shouldn’t be like this, but he couldn’t control his heart. Once some things start, they become addictive. And so it had been for the past four years.
But today, his Xiao Zhou was coming back. The thought of seeing Ying Zhao in person again made Lin Yiting’s heart race uncontrollably.
Calculating the time, Xiao Zhou’s plane should be arriving in a few hours. Thinking of this, Lin Yiting smiled, hid the room with its mechanism, and eagerly headed to the airport.
After getting off the plane, Ying Zhao quickly noticed Uncle Lin waiting for him at the airport. Since Ying Zhou’s parents had immigrated abroad early on, Ying Zhao had no reason to return to the Ying family estate. Naturally, he chose to stay with Lin Yiting.
Uncle Lin was very happy to see Ying Zhao. Not only Uncle Lin, but everyone in the Lin household was thrilled to hear that Ying Zhao was coming back.
Because whenever Ying Zhao was around, their young master’s mood would stabilize. Uncle Lin looked at Ying Zhao, whom he hadn’t seen in eight years, and couldn’t help but feel emotional.
Although over the years, their young master still appeared very normal and even cheerful in public, all the servants in the Lin household knew that Lin Yiting’s violent tendencies had worsened again.
Now, the young master had gained full power and forbade them from telling the traveling Lin couple about his recurring illness.
Lin Yiting had grown up under Uncle Lin’s watchful eye, and seeing his pain made Uncle Lin feel very uneasy. He only hoped that Ying Zhao’s return could alleviate the young master’s emotional turmoil and restore him to his former self.
Seeing Uncle Lin, Ying Zhao smiled and walked over. “Uncle Lin, long time no see! Where is Yiting Ge?”
Uncle Lin immediately took Ying Zhao’s luggage, his wrinkled face breaking into a wide smile, and nodded at Ying Zhao, saying, “Young Master Ying, welcome back! The young master is waiting for you in the car!”
Ying Zhao nodded and casually asked, “How has everything been at home lately?”
Uncle Lin hesitated for a moment before quickly smiling and replying, “Everything is fine! Everything is fine! But the young master misses you a lot! Master and Madam went on a world tour two years ago and haven’t returned yet. The young master moved out after coming of age. Now, the house is just the young master alone. He’s been lonely! But now that you’re back, the young master will be very happy!”
Hearing this, Ying Zhao nodded, feeling even more eager to see his beloved. They soon reached the waiting car, and when the door opened, Ying Zhao saw that familiar face again.
Eight years had passed. Although they had video calls regularly, it was different from meeting in person.
Ying Zhao didn’t know why, but his nose suddenly felt a bit sour, and he even felt like crying. He quickly took a deep breath, held back his tears, and got into the car.
Naturally, he wrapped his arm around Lin Yiting’s and smiled at him, saying, “Did you miss me?”
Lin Yiting nodded vigorously, greedily staring at Ying Zhao’s face. It was as if he wanted to confirm that he wasn’t dreaming, that this person had finally returned.
After eight years of waiting, Lin Yiting felt he had gone mad missing Ying Zhao. But now that he was back, everything would be different. Moreover, Xiao Zhou had said he would stay at the Lin house and live with him. Just thinking about it felt like paradise.
Lin Yiting couldn’t stop the smile on his face and tightly held Ying Zhao’s hand. After a long time, he finally said softly, “Xiao Zhou, you’ve lost weight!”
Ying Zhao had become thinner from working day and night on his research, while Lin Yiting had become more robust.
Lin Yiting listened to Ying Zhao’s advice. Even though his legs were disabled, Ying Zhao had him exercise every day, so he obediently did so. As a result, Lin Yiting had a well-defined physique, with faint abs even when undressed.
Even though his legs couldn’t walk, daily massages kept his muscles from atrophying too much. However, the red veins in his eyes told Ying Zhao that Lin Yiting had probably had a tough time these past years.
Ying Zhao was sure in his heart that his lover must have missed him a lot too. He smiled at Lin Yiting and said, “Yes, the food outside doesn’t suit my taste. Let’s go home quickly.”
Hearing Ying Zhao mention going home, Lin Yiting felt touched. He nodded to the driver, and the car headed towards the Lin residence.
When they arrived, Ying Zhao felt a sense of familiarity with the surroundings. Especially when he saw that his room’s arrangement hadn’t changed a bit, he couldn’t help but smile.
He softly said to Lin Yiting beside him, “My room’s arrangement hasn’t changed at all. Did you make sure no one moved my things?”
Lin Yiting maneuvered his wheelchair into Ying Zhao’s room, gently touching the childhood photo of them on the bedside table. Smiling faintly, he said, “Of course, everything in Xiao Zhou’s room is handled by me personally. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch it.”
Ying Zhao noticed the deep affection in Lin Yiting’s eyes as he looked at him, feeling particularly satisfied.
Lin Yiting was still the same as always, disliking being disturbed. So, most of the time, the servants and the butler wouldn’t appear before him.
Therefore, at this moment, only Ying Zhao and Lin Yiting were in the room. Ying Zhao sat on the bed and beckoned to Lin Yiting with his finger.
Lin Yiting obediently moved his wheelchair next to Ying Zhao, and then heard Ying Zhao whisper softly in his ear:
“Did you miss me, wife?”
Before Lin Yiting could respond, Ying Zhao rubbed his nose against his ear, softly saying:
“I missed you terribly, thinking about you every day.”
Ying Zhao’s hot breath sprayed onto his earlobe, and Lin Yiting felt as if an electric current was running through his body, with certain areas becoming uncontrollably aroused.
He quickly tugged at his hem uncomfortably, trying to cover his embarrassment. Struggling to calm his somewhat rapid breathing, Lin Yiting turned to Ying Zhao and said:
“Of course I missed you, but it’s been so many years, Xiao Zhou. Why are you still making such jokes? You should call me ‘Ge’, remember?”
Seeing Lin Yiting’s reaction, a gleam flashed in Ying Zhao’s eyes. After eight years apart, he didn’t expect his lover to still avoid him.
Thanks to the little white figure in his sea of consciousness, Ying Zhao was well aware that since he left, Lin Yiting’s condition had started to relapse and seemed to be getting worse.
However, the progress of his research prevented Ying Zhao from leaving. So, he could only work even harder in the lab, working day and night, hoping to finish his research quickly.
Even with his relentless effort, it still took a full eight years. During these years, his longing for his lover grew day by day, making each day feel like a year.
Now, finally back and seeing his lover again, how could he let him go easily? With this in mind, Ying Zhao adjusted his glasses and raised an eyebrow at Lin Yiting.
In these eight years, Lin Yiting had become a mature man. The years had left some marks on his face, only making him more charming.
Ying Zhao knew that because of his instructions, Lin Yiting, even though his legs were immobile, had kept exercising. Ying Zhao had told him that he must not die before him and must always take care of and protect him.
Lin Yiting had promised Ying Zhao, even though his physical condition wasn’t great due to the medication’s effects. But at least his daily exercise made him look strong and vigorous.
Ying Zhao scanned Lin Yiting from head to toe, his gaze sharp and teasing. Under Ying Zhao’s intense gaze, Lin Yiting couldn’t help but swallow.
Unexpectedly, Ying Zhao suddenly leaned over, kissed his cheek, and smiled, saying:
“I want to call you my wife! You’re even more charming after these eight years! Tell me, when will you marry me? Tell me, have you behaved these years? Have you found someone else behind my back?”
Lin Yiting felt the warm touch on his cheek, making his heart tremble. However, he still regarded Ying Zhao’s words as childhood jokes, trying hard not to think otherwise.
Forcing a smile, Lin Yiting said softly:
“Xiao Zhou, stop messing around. How could there be anyone else by my side? You know I’m not interested in those things. What would you like to eat tonight? You’re so thin, I need to fatten you up quickly!”
Seeing that Lin Yiting was trying to change the subject again, Ying Zhao narrowed his eyes and leaned in, saying:
“What? Are you afraid of marrying me?”
Facing Ying Zhao’s closeness again, Lin Yiting felt both sweet and painful. He knew it was impossible, but he couldn’t stop hoping that Ying Zhao would be a little closer to him.
Yet a strong sense of inferiority surged within him.
No, I can’t sink into this anymore. I’m not worthy of Xiao Zhou!
Taking a deep breath, Lin Yiting tried to extinguish the fantasies in his heart and said to Ying Zhao:
“Alright, Xiao Zhou, stop making such jokes. I’m a 35-year-old man, and you’re only 24. If you keep joking like this, I might get angry!”
Ying Zhao saw that Lin Yiting had already put on a stern face, realizing that some notions ingrained from childhood might not change overnight.
His research results were already brought over, but they still needed to be fine-tuned and couldn’t be revealed to his man just yet. If he impulsively forced Lin Yiting to face it now, it might only push him further away.
For now, it was better to take it slow, like boiling a frog in warm water. After all, he had already grown up and needed to make Lin Yiting realize that he was no longer the same as before.
Moreover, now that he was at the Lin residence, he had plenty of time to spend with his man. So, for now, he would just take some small benefits!
With this thought, Ying Zhao’s eyes sparkled with amusement. He said to Lin Yiting:
“Alright, I get it! But in all these years, there’s been no one else by your side? Do you still have your first kiss?”
Lin Yiting was stunned for a moment by Ying Zhao’s question but still nodded honestly. He indeed still had his first kiss; if he had kissed anything the most, it was probably Xiao Zhou’s photos in the secret room.
Seeing the expected answer, Ying Zhao’s eyes curved with delight. He suddenly leaned in and kissed Lin Yiting on the lips.
Lin Yiting was shocked and looked at Ying Zhao with wide eyes. After a long time, he licked his lips and asked, “Xiao Zhou, what did you just do?”
Ying Zhao, however, showed his signature innocent smile from childhood and said to Lin Yiting:
“Brother Yiting, you said you still have your first kiss. I still have mine too. I’ve been busy with research all these years, with no one by my side. But now that I’m older, I should think about my future partner. If people found out that at my age, I still hadn’t given my first kiss, wouldn’t they laugh at me?”
Saying this, Ying Zhao’s expression became serious as he continued:
“So, Brother Yiting, you’re also a first kiss, and so am I. There’s no loss if you kiss me. How about practicing with me?”
Lin Yiting was stunned by Ying Zhao’s words. Although he had people secretly watching over Ying Zhao all these years under the guise of protecting his safety, he knew Ying Zhao indeed had no one else by his side. Hearing Ying Zhao say his first kiss was still intact and that there was no one else, Lin Yiting couldn’t help but feel a surge of joy.
Thinking about how he had just received Xiao Zhou’s first kiss, Lin Yiting’s heart felt warm. But when Ying Zhao mentioned considering his future partner, Lin Yiting felt a pang of bitterness and heartache.
But did Xiao Zhou really just kiss him merely to practice kissing?
Lin Yiting didn’t know how to describe his complex emotions. He lifted his head to face Ying Zhao, feeling that he should adopt the demeanor of an elder brother and speak sternly to him:
“Xiao Zhou, what you did was wrong. How can you casually practice such things with others?”
Ying Zhao raised an eyebrow and flashed a seductive smile, saying to Lin Yiting:
“But Brother Yiting isn’t just anyone. Besides, didn’t you say you’d do anything for me? Didn’t you say you’d always care for me, pamper me, and listen to me? It’s just practicing kissing; you don’t even want to do that. So, were all your promises to be good to me forever just lies?”
Lin Yiting opened his mouth to rebut, but he didn’t know how to start. Every word Ying Zhao said seemed somewhat reasonable, yet it also seemed completely unreasonable.
While he was dumbfounded, unable to refute, Ying Zhao’s lips pressed against his again. Hot breaths sprayed on his cheeks, making Lin Yiting feel like he was about to ignite.
He had to restrain himself, forcing himself to reach out, grasp Ying Zhao’s shoulders, and push him away.
Breathing heavily, Lin Yiting said to Ying Zhao, “Xiao Zhou, you can’t do this! This is something only lovers should do!”
Ying Zhao bit his lip, showing a slightly aggrieved expression, and said:
“But I don’t have a lover! Brother Yiting, you don’t seem to mind either. Besides, what’s the harm in practicing with me? Do you want me to find someone else to practice with?”
As soon as Lin Yiting heard Ying Zhao say he would find someone else to practice with, he shook his head vigorously. The thought of someone else kissing his Xiao Zhou filled him with a violent urge, almost a murderous impulse.
Seeing Lin Yiting’s reaction, Ying Zhao couldn’t help but smile.
He tightened his embrace around Lin Yiting’s neck, sucked hard on his lips, and said with a smile, “I knew Brother Yiting is the best to me!”
With that, Ying Zhao began to kiss Lin Yiting earnestly again.
Lin Yiting was stunned for a moment. He wanted to stop Ying Zhao but thought of his earlier threat to find someone else to practice with, so he had to stop resisting.
The beloved scent filled his nostrils, making Lin Yiting feel like he was floating. His lips were enveloped by Ying Zhao’s, gently sucking.
Images of Ying Zhao from childhood to now flashed before his eyes. Xiao Zhou was always serious and stern in front of others, always looking mature for his age.
But when it was just the two of them, he would become like a mischievous child. Though he occasionally played pranks, Lin Yiting could see Ying Zhao’s deep reliance on him.
Ying Zhao’s tongue gently swept over his lips, playing from top to bottom as if really treating him as an object of play and study.
Lin Yiting couldn’t help but sigh inwardly, yet he couldn’t resist. Is this Xiao Zhou’s kiss? It’s so fiery, it feels like it’s melting him.
Ying Zhao moved closer, sitting on Lin Yiting’s lap like he did when he was little. He gently caressed his lover’s cheeks, tenderly kissing his lips.
Feeling the heat in his palm, Ying Zhao opened his eyes and saw Lin Yiting’s completely flushed face, a flash of amusement in his eyes.
He then stopped kissing, took a deep breath, and said somewhat awkwardly, “Wife, I feel a bit uncomfortable.”
Hearing Ying Zhao’s words, Lin Yiting didn’t care about the term of endearment and immediately became worried.
He gripped Ying Zhao’s shoulders and scanned him up and down anxiously, asking, “What’s wrong, Xiao Zhou? Where do you feel uncomfortable?”
Ying Zhao clutched his chest and said to Lin Yiting:
“I feel my heart beating so fast, my mind is all jumbled. And, wife, you smell so good. I didn’t know Brother Yiting’s lips could taste so good!”
As he spoke, Ying Zhao licked his lips at Lin Yiting. Seeing Ying Zhao acting this way, Lin Yiting knew he was deliberately causing trouble, making him catch his breath.
It felt as if the angel before him had suddenly turned into a little devil, luring him into an endless abyss. Then, Ying Zhao licked Lin Yiting’s lips again.
Hearing his now completely chaotic breathing, a gleam flashed in Ying Zhao’s eyes. He lifted his head, used his thumb to stroke Lin Yiting’s slightly swollen lips, then pinched his chin to force his mouth open, kissing him once more.
Lin Yiting felt a soft, sweet tongue wandering in his mouth, losing all ability to think.
He gripped Ying Zhao’s shoulders tightly, unsure if he wanted to push him away or pull him closer. Finally, unable to bear it any longer, he felt as if the beast within him had been unleashed by Ying Zhao.
He could no longer suppress and control himself. Suddenly, he started kissing Ying Zhao back fiercely. He sucked on Ying Zhao’s tongue forcefully, entwining with it, desperately inhaling his scent.
Seeing he had finally ignited his lover’s passion, Ying Zhao felt pleased. After all, he hoped they could express their feelings to each other and be together sooner.
Lin Yiting closed his eyes and indulged in Ying Zhao’s embrace. He felt completely captivated by Ying Zhao’s tenderness, wanting more and more of him.
All those warnings to stay away and restrain himself seemed to vanish from his mind in that instant.
At this moment, he only wanted to kiss the person he loved with all his heart, even feeling an urge to merge with him completely.
The fiery kisses trailed down, leaving purple marks on Ying Zhao’s neck. Ying Zhao’s eyes were now somewhat dazed, breathing heavily.
Like a fish out of water, he firmly grasped Lin Yiting’s collar to prevent himself from falling. Such intense moments hadn’t been experienced in a long time, causing Ying Zhao to let out a whimper.
However, this sound seemed to awaken Lin Yiting. He abruptly lifted his head and saw Ying Zhao in his arms, cheeks flushed, eyes watery. His heart skipped a beat.
Feeling flustered, Lin Yiting hurriedly lifted Ying Zhao off his lap and onto the bed, saying quickly:
“Xiao Zhou, you just came back. It’s better for you to rest early! I’ll go out first.”
With that, he hastily left Ying Zhao’s room.
Ying Zhao blinked on the bed, somewhat dazed as he sat up. He glanced around the now empty room, smiling helplessly.
It seemed he had been too eager despite telling himself not to rush. But indeed, one couldn’t resist their lover.
Yet, judging by Lin Yiting’s reaction just now, he seemed taken aback as well. Thinking this, Ying Zhao walked to the bathroom in the room.
Looking at his swollen lips in the mirror, and the purple marks on his neck left by Lin Yiting’s sucking, he felt somewhat satisfied. It didn’t matter; once certain things started, they became irresistible.
Meanwhile, back in his room, Lin Yiting was completely panicked. He almost… he almost did something irreparable to Xiao Zhou.
If he hadn’t realized in time, he feared he might have done something unforgivable. Xiao Zhou would never forgive him. He might even come to hate him!
Lin Yiting took a deep breath and quickly entered the bathroom, immediately taking a cold shower. He wanted to calm himself down, but the icy water soaked his clothes, failing to extinguish the fire in his heart.
Just the thought of the “practice” kiss with Xiao Zhou made Lin Yiting feel uncontrollably hot all over. He gently touched his own lips, feeling as if Xiao Zhou’s scent still lingered in his breath.
Lin Yiting’s eyes unconsciously began to obsess, replaying everything that had just happened. Then his hand moved uncontrollably downwards…
Realizing what he had done, Lin Yiting fiercely punched the bathroom wall. It was the first time he hated his disabled legs so much.
If only he were a healthy person, if only he were ten years younger. If only his body looked as good as it seemed on the surface, instead of being depleted by countless surgeries in his early years and years of medication.
Then, maybe he could slightly entertain the thought of Xiao Zhou’s love.
But now, he was just a disabled old man in his thirties, unsure how much longer he could live.
How could he… how could he deserve this!
He forcefully fell from his wheelchair, yelling in despair like a trapped beast. His eyes were bloodshot, whispering to himself in desperation:
“Xiao Zhou, save me! Tell me, what should I do!”
So sad, heartbreaking 😥
