FIMA Ch151: Marriage

Gu Siyuan and Xie Fengqing stared at each other for a few seconds. Gu Siyuan closed the office door behind him and walked towards him, his expression as calm as ever: “Why did you come to the company?”

Xie Fengqing glanced at the thing in his hand and then at Gu Siyuan.

Heh…

Keep pretending.

His slender white fingers lightly tapped the furry tail, smiling faintly: “Humph, if I hadn’t come, how would I know that President Gu has hidden such a good thing in the office…”

“Office?” Gu Siyuan raised an eyebrow slightly and nodded: “Good idea.”

Xie Fengqing was stunned for a moment and blinked: “What do you mean?”

Gu Siyuan leaned close to his ear, lowering his voice: “Originally, I was going to take it home, but now it seems your suggestion…is more stimulating.”

“…” Xie Fengqing blushed deeply.

When did he suggest that?

However, looking at Gu Siyuan in his formal suit, with a stern face that was untouchable outside but acting like this privately towards him, he couldn’t help but feel a bit longing and proud.

He licked his lips and innocently said: “Alright then, you can wear it, I…won’t mind.”

“…” Gu Siyuan fell silent.

It seems there’s been a misunderstanding.

But that doesn’t matter.

Gu Siyuan looked at Xie Fengqing thoughtfully: “I heard this thing shakes with body temperature rising…”

“R-Really?” Xie Fengqing suddenly had a bad feeling.

And in the next moment, he was scooped up by Gu Siyuan, who carried him towards the lounge in the partitioned area.

As he walked, Gu Siyuan said in a cold voice: “Oh, I forgot to mention, these are all your sizes.”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

So, he’s fallen into the tiger’s den.

What happened next left a lasting impression on Xie Fengqing.

So much so that whenever he saw a moving furry tail or similar, he couldn’t help but shudder.

The setting sun slanted west.

Everything gradually returned to peace.

Gu Siyuan carried him to the bathroom for a wash.

Warm water poured down.

Xie Fengqing lazily lifted his eyes, his voice hoarse: “Gu Siyuan, do you have a dual personality?”

Gu Siyuan: “I don’t have such a trendy disorder as split personality.”

“Really? I don’t believe it.” Xie Fengqing pouted slightly, biting his red lips lightly: “Then how can you switch freely between being cold and abstinent daily and being a wild beast in bed?”

Gu Siyuan tightened his arms slightly, pulling him closer, his voice low: “In any mode, it seems Xie Fengqing enjoys it a lot.”

“…Nonsense, mmph…” Xie Fengqing trembled.

Gu Siyuan leaned down and directly kissed those soft lips that were always stubborn.

Xie Fengqing was instantly speechless.

In their occasional intimate moments, Gu Siyuan had always been extremely controlling, even a bit wild.

But this kiss was extraordinarily gentle.

Like spring breeze, like lake water…like being wrapped in freshly sun-dried soft blankets.

Unconsciously, Xie Fengqing wrapped his arms around his neck and began to respond.

Their faces touched, noses brushed, lips and tongues intertwined. Sometimes they parted slightly, but immediately, they would gently cling again, not knowing who initiated.

The kiss grew more gentle and lingering, as if it could last forever.

Xie Fengqing was completely immersed.

After a long time, Gu Siyuan slightly pulled away, rubbing Xie Fengqing’s back to help him breathe.

He asked softly: “Xie Fengqing, do you like it? Are you enjoying it?”

“…I like it.” Xie Fengqing leaned his head on Gu Siyuan’s shoulder, smiling like a clear moon, and honestly said: “I enjoy it a lot.”

Yes, no matter what kind of Gu Siyuan, he liked him very much.

“As long as you like it and enjoy it, that’s all that matters.”

Gu Siyuan lifted him out of the bathtub, gently wiping his body with a towel.

Xie Fengqing looked down at his stern profile, his heart pounding, and couldn’t help but wrap his slender arms around him again, mumbling: “I want to kiss you again.”

“How could I refuse?” Gu Siyuan raised an eyebrow and pulled him into his arms.

This kiss, compared to the previous one, wasn’t as long.

Gu Siyuan carried him out of the bathroom and placed him on the sofa.

Xie Fengqing picked up his phone and looked at the time: “It’s already six in the evening. Have your company’s employees all left?”

Gu Siyuan was changing clothes: “Why, do you want to see them?”

“Of course not.” Xie Fengqing pouted, his eyes lingering on Gu Siyuan’s beautiful muscles: “But your company doesn’t seem busy at all. You haven’t shown up all afternoon, and no one came looking for you.”

Gu Siyuan fastened his shirt buttons, sat next to him, and said indifferently: “Being an employee requires both business ability and discretion.”

Hearing this, Xie Fengqing’s face suddenly changed: “So, they all know what you’ve been doing this afternoon?”

Gu Siyuan: “Otherwise?”

Xie Fengqing: “…”

Xie Fengqing “bumped” his head against Gu Siyuan’s shoulder and sighed deeply: “Gu Siyuan, I have no face to come to your company for an internship anymore.”

Gu Siyuan’s lips curved slightly: “Don’t worry, the office is well soundproofed. At most, they can only guess, they have no proof.”

Xie Fengqing glared at him.

What’s the difference?

Gu Siyuan raised his hand to pinch his cheek, smirking: “Having the intention but not the guts, as for the soundproofing issue, I remember it was you who brought it up this morning.”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

Alright, maybe he had teased too much, although it was indeed thrilling.

“Honey…” Xie Fengqing started to use his spoiled-child tactics, slowly moving to sit on his lap.

“Good boy.” Gu Siyuan responded softly, holding his waist with one hand and touching his stomach with the other: “Are you hungry? What do you want to eat tonight?”

Xie Fengqing immediately nodded: “I need to replenish well, both my mind and body.”

“Whatever you say.” Gu Siyuan stood up with him in his arms, speaking softly: “Do you want to get down and change clothes?”

“No.” Xie Fengqing shook his head, wrapping his arms tighter around Gu Siyuan’s neck and crossing his legs around his waist, “Just carry me downstairs like this?”

Gu Siyuan looked at him amusedly: “Now you’re not embarrassed, even though there might still be a few people working overtime outside with the lights on.”

“Humph, since it’s already like this, why care?” Xie Fengqing leaned his head on his shoulder and said fiercely: “President Gu, what are you stalling for? Are you exhausted from earlier and can’t do it now? Can’t even carry me anymore?”

Gu Siyuan looked at him steadily and lightly patted his butt: “Don’t ask for trouble.”

“Stop…” Xie Fengqing blushed slightly.

Gu Siyuan carried him like a child and walked out of the office.

Xie Fengqing was full of bravado just now, but once they were out the door, he buried his head tightly in Gu Siyuan’s chest, not willing to lift it up.

The few employees working overtime saw this scene, their eyes flickered but, showing high professionalism, acted as if they saw nothing.

Gu Siyuan said to them calmly: “Go home early and stay safe.”

“Okay, boss.” The few employees held back their curiosity and excitement, responding in unison.

It wasn’t until Gu Siyuan carried him into the elevator that they quickly gathered together and started whispering.

In the quiet elevator.

“I heard them laugh the moment the door closed.” Xie Fengqing finally lifted his head, touching Gu Siyuan’s arm, and said angrily.

Gu Siyuan chuckled: “Weren’t you ready to face the consequences?”

Xie Fengqing pouted: “I still need some dignity.”

Gu Siyuan kissed him lightly on the forehead: “Don’t worry about it, you’re about to start your internship here. Even if not today, there will be another time.”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

This person is openly flirting now.

He tugged at Gu Siyuan’s shoulder: “Gu Siyuan, your thoughts are dangerous like this, it will cause problems sooner or later.”

Gu Siyuan nodded: “Yes, there’s a long road ahead.”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

Xie Fengqing completely gave in. He looked at his calm face and simply changed the topic: “President Gu, am I heavy? Can you still carry me?”

Gu Siyuan glanced at him and said indifferently: “If I couldn’t carry you, would you get down and walk on your own?”

Xie Fengqing shook his head, nestling closer into his embrace, and laughed proudly: “Of course not, but if you can’t carry me, then next time I’ll be on top.”

With a soft ding, the elevator door opened.

Gu Siyuan carried him out steadily, without changing his expression or breaking a sweat, and said in a deep voice: “I can carry you, and next time you can be on top.”

“Uh…” Xie Fengqing blinked in confusion, staring at Gu Siyuan: “Since when did you become so agreeable?”

Gu Siyuan’s expression remained unchanged: “Harmony in bed is most important.”

“Is that so?” Xie Fengqing pouted, feeling something was off.

Of course, he would soon understand this fact.

Their daily life was quite harmonious.

Except for the occasional annoyance from Xie Fengqing’s father and the pesky online trolls.

However, whatever methods Gu Siyuan used, the Xie family never dared to bother Xie Fengqing again after one incident.

Eventually, the Xie family’s company, facing decline and nearing bankruptcy, had its shares sold off, and with Gu Siyuan’s help, Xie Fengqing bought a significant amount, becoming the largest shareholder.

As for the online trolls who had relentlessly attacked Gu Siyuan, calling him a freeloader, they were gradually drowned out by the enthusiasm during the campus recruitment season in June.

As a new tech giant, Yuanxing Technology was highly regarded among graduates.

And its boss, who had been slandered online as a pretty boy living off others, began to shine.

The news broke and quickly climbed to the top of several online trending topics.

Netizens, with their investigative prowess, dug up Gu Siyuan’s rise to success.

“Oh my god, this is truly a rags-to-riches story!”

“He’s only in his twenties. We’re all the same age, why is there such a big difference?”

“How are we the same? He was crafted meticulously by Nüwa, while we were just casually flung bits of mud!”

“Why do you have to hurt me like this?”

Fans of Gu Siyuan and Xie Fengqing were even more thrilled. They felt as if they had hit the jackpot and could finally hold their heads high.

They immediately tagged all the trolls who had insulted Gu Siyuan and mocked Xie Fengqing, eager to see them regret and cry.

However, the trolls were stubborn. After all, if they were sensible, they wouldn’t spend their days hating on a stranger. They simply switched tactics to provoke the CP fans further.

“Don’t be so happy so soon. Even if Gu Siyuan has money now, so what? I heard that he cheated before when he was poor. Now that he’s rich, who knows, there might be a fourth, fifth, and sixth lover.”

“Hahaha, right, maybe Gu Siyuan and Xie Fengqing have already broken up. Men turn bad when they get rich. Only you bunch of idiots believe otherwise.”

“Yeah, the last time Gu Siyuan and Xie Fengqing played a game together was two months ago. They probably broke up long ago.”

Naturally, the CP (couple) fans were furious at these remarks, repeatedly asserting that the two would never break up and scolding the trolls harshly.

But thinking that they indeed hadn’t seen any sweet interactions recently, they felt a bit dejected.

Coincidentally, it was Saturday.

“Great Wilderness” released a new dungeon, so Xie Fengqing, as usual, started his livestream.

Instantly, countless people flooded into the livestream.

The comment section kept scrolling, mostly asking the same question.

“God Xie, is President Gu here?”

“You haven’t broken up with President Gu, right?”

“President Gu hasn’t appeared for a long time. We miss him!”

“Your relationship with President Gu is still good, right?”

Xie Fengqing looked at these comments, frowned slightly, knowing that there must be some rumors circulating online again.

Gu Siyuan came back from the kitchen with milk tea, and as he passed behind Xie Fengqing, he also saw these comments.

He stretched out his long arm, wrapped it around Xie Fengqing, placed the cup on the table, and casually adjusted the camera higher.

Immediately, both their faces appeared in the livestream.

“Ahhhh, President Gu, it’s President Gu, he’s here!”

“Hahaha, I knew it, President Gu and God Xie would never break up.”

“President Gu is hugging God Xie!”

Gu Siyuan looked at these comments, his expression still cold and stern, and cleared his throat: “I have something to announce. In August, I will register to marry Xie Fengqing.”

At these words, it was not the livestream that exploded first, but Xie Fengqing in his arms.

He trembled violently, eyes wide open: “What… what did you say?”

Gu Siyuan remained indifferent: “Marriage. Don’t you want to?”

Xie Fengqing, with his mouth slightly open, didn’t know what to say. A wide smile gradually spread across his face, and his heart bloomed with joy.

Marriage, to marry Gu Siyuan.

This was something he had dreamed of thousands of times. How could he not want it?

After a long while, he dumbfoundedly asked: “Why so sudden?”

Gu Siyuan looked at him, his voice clear: “Sudden? On August 12th this year, I will be 23 years old, just reaching the legal marriage registration age.”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

Xie Fengqing was stunned for a moment, then burst out laughing, like spring flowers trembling on branches in March, collapsing into Gu Siyuan’s arms.

He secretly thought: Yes, this is exactly like Gu Siyuan.

Although he is younger, only a few months younger, he is the most reliable man.

If he doesn’t like you, he is the gentlest yet the coldest person in the world; if he likes you, he is the gentlest and most reassuring person in the world.

Gu Siyuan held him firmly in his arms: “We are still live streaming, control yourself a bit.”

Xie Fengqing straightened up, turned, and kissed him on the cheek, happily saying: “I want the whole world to know how happy I am.”

“Mm.” Gu Siyuan also lowered his head and kissed him on the forehead, glancing at the screen filled with congratulations and blessings, and said lightly: “Since everyone is so happy and speaking so nicely, let’s give out a red envelope!”

“…” Xie Fengqing.

Indeed, this was typical of Gu Siyuan.

  1. I think this is the first arc where the original couple stays together! Sure there’s a potential knife attack in the future but no doubt the future has changed enough they’ll be fine even if ML doesn’t block the knife! Anyway, ML was so happy this arc, so good.
