FIMA Ch180: Conclusion [Part 4]

Gu Siyuan fell silent for a moment.

Sure enough, he had underestimated Xie Qingxiao after all.

Originally, he had only meant that they could go to his place to watch a movie and, while they were at it, let Xie Qingxiao get familiar with the house in preparation for living together later.

Who would have thought Xie Qingxiao would leap straight to the finish line in a single step?

Still… who could really say that was a bad idea?

Seeing Gu Siyuan say nothing, Xie Qingxiao reached up and pinched his cheek with pale fingers. “What’s wrong? You think my combined plan is especially good too, don’t you?”

Gu Siyuan caught his fingers in his palm and kneaded them gently a few times, then followed along smoothly. “Mm, especially good. Let’s go home right now.”

Xie Qingxiao answered with smug satisfaction, “Mm.”

The car sped all the way toward Gu Siyuan’s home.

Gu Siyuan had never been particularly fond of luxury. His place was a high-ceilinged premium apartment not far from the institute. Xie Qingxiao had been there a few times before, but this time his mood was completely different—

whether because of the change in their relationship, or because of what might happen next.

This romance of theirs, which had never had much wavering to begin with, skipped directly to the end in a single day the moment they officially confirmed it.

The next morning, sunlight filtered vaguely through white gauze curtains, falling across the broad bed in the center of the bedroom.

A pale calf rubbed lightly against the deep-blue bedsheet as Xie Qingxiao slowly opened his eyes. His first sensation was that his whole body no longer belonged to him. The embarrassing soreness in a certain place behind him was one thing, but—

his expression shifted a few times as he tried to recall the movie from last night, only to discover he could barely remember any of it at all.

Still, he did remember making it from the screening room to the living room, and then to the balcony. As for how he had eventually ended up in the bedroom, he had no memory whatsoever.

Perhaps Gu Siyuan remembered.

He reached over to touch the place beside him. It was already cool; Gu Siyuan had been gone for a while.

He opened his mouth, intending to call for him, only to discover that from overexertion the previous night his throat was dry and raw as well. Giving up on calling, he struggled to move that stiff, sore waist and stretched out an arm toward the phone on the cabinet, wanting to call Gu Siyuan.

Just then, a faint sound came from the bedroom doorway.

Gu Siyuan entered holding a cup of warm water. The moment he saw Xie Qingxiao’s condition, he quickened his steps, set the cup on the cabinet, and reached down to gather him into his arms. “Trying to get your phone?”

Xie Qingxiao nodded and rubbed his head into Gu Siyuan’s chest, like a cat acting spoiled.

One of Gu Siyuan’s hands stroked his hair while the other picked up the phone and passed it over. “Anywhere feel uncomfortable?”

Xie Qingxiao shook his head.

Seeing his lips were a little dry, Gu Siyuan picked up the warm water and held it to his mouth, feeding him a few sips.

That cup of water practically rescued Xie Qingxiao back to life. He let out a long sigh of relief.

Gu Siyuan set the cup back down and rubbed his stomach gently with one hand. “Hungry? I’ve got porridge cooking in the kitchen. It should be about ready.”

“Mm, very hungry.” Xie Qingxiao curled his whole self into Gu Siyuan’s arms, his voice muffled and soft.

Gu Siyuan slipped both arms beneath his underarms and, with a slight exertion of strength, lifted him up directly the way one would carry a child.

A moment ago Xie Qingxiao had looked weak and limp, but now his reactions were lightning-quick—his long legs immediately wrapped around Gu Siyuan’s waist, and both arms locked tightly around his neck.

Gu Siyuan adjusted him slightly in his arms and strode toward the bathroom.

“Just like carrying a little baby,” Xie Qingxiao could not help laughing sweetly. Then he lowered his head and kissed the side of Gu Siyuan’s face, asking in a clingy voice, “Boss, am I your baby?”

Entering the bathroom, Gu Siyuan nudged a pair of slippers into place in front of the sink and set him down. His gaze swept over the toothbrush, toothpaste, and other toiletries that had been prepared there long ago.

He said evenly, “Yes. You are my little baby who still can’t take care of himself.”

Hearing that, Xie Qingxiao not only felt no shame—his smile became even brighter.

Turning around, he wrapped his arms around Gu Siyuan’s waist again and rubbed his cheek against that hard chest. “Mm, I can’t take care of myself. Without you, I wouldn’t be able to live.”

In this state, what difference was there between him and a little kitten exposing its soft belly to its owner?

Gu Siyuan, however, had a cold heart. He pinched the back of his neck and pulled him away. “Brush your teeth and wash your face. I’m going to check the porridge.”

“Oh.” Xie Qingxiao gave a wronged little hum.

He watched Gu Siyuan’s back disappear into the kitchen before slowly turning around and picking up the toothbrush by the sink.

After washing his face, Xie Qingxiao stood on tiptoe and rummaged through the cabinet on the wall. He found a few bottles of men’s skincare lotion and cream, then carelessly smeared them over his face.

He lifted his hand to his nose and sniffed it, his smile turning smug.

This was Gu Siyuan’s scent.

The thought alone made him happy enough to almost faint on the spot, and he immediately turned and headed toward the kitchen.

Gu Siyuan stood at the counter with a pale green apron tied around his waist.

He divided the porridge from the clay pot into two large bowls, then opened the refrigerator and took out butter, steak, eggs, and a bag of frozen buns.

The buns and eggs went into the steamer first.

Then the butter went into the pan. Soon it began to sizzle, and Gu Siyuan dropped in two slices of steak. A faint haze of heat rose from the pan, and against Gu Siyuan’s deep-set, coldly handsome features, it gave him a special kind of charm that was absolutely mesmerizing.

That was the scene Xie Qingxiao arrived to see.

Almost unconsciously, he walked over blankly and hugged Gu Siyuan from behind, pressing his cheek to the broad back and shoulders.

Gu Siyuan did not need to turn around to know who it was, and he had no intention of turning around.

The steak was specially prepared tender beef, so it needed only a light fry. His full attention stayed on the pan, and at the right moment he used the spatula to gently flip the meat.

Soon, both sides slowly changed from fresh red to brown, and the scent of beef mixed with butter and special marinade spread throughout the kitchen.

Xie Qingxiao inhaled deeply in satisfaction.

Then, unable to resist, he rubbed himself against Gu Siyuan’s shoulder once more.

Mm. Gu Siyuan smelled even better than the steak.

As Gu Siyuan went to fetch plates for the steak, Xie Qingxiao continued to cling to him like a koala. Wherever Gu Siyuan moved, Xie Qingxiao simply hung right along with him, never changing position at all.

Gu Siyuan did not bother arguing with such a pampered little child.

Only when the steamer made a sound did he pat the hands cinched tightly around his waist. “Go get a plate and take out the buns and eggs.”

Only then did Xie Qingxiao reluctantly let go.

After turning off the steamer, he turned around with the plate—and saw Gu Siyuan’s tall back standing at the sink by the counter, wiping down the utensils and stove.

All at once, everything felt so unreal it was almost like a dream.

Heh heh…

In just one single day, he and Gu Siyuan had not only confirmed their relationship and started dating—they had also gone on a date, eaten together, watched a movie, had sex, and now after waking up in the morning, Gu Siyuan was even cooking for him while the two of them crowded together in the kitchen…

Gu Siyuan turned around and met his gaze. “Stop spacing out. Just take it to the dining room.”

“Oh.” Xie Qingxiao nodded obediently.

Gu Siyuan then picked up the steak and porridge and followed him out.

Xie Qingxiao was already impatient to enjoy the breakfast Gu Siyuan had personally made. But the moment his butt touched the seat, he nearly sprang right back up.

“Ah—”

Damn. So the aftereffects from last night really were this serious?

Gu Siyuan frowned and turned to go fetch a couple of sofa cushions from the living room.

Xie Qingxiao reacted instantly and grabbed him.

Gu Siyuan raised a brow. “What is it?”

Xie Qingxiao blinked. “What are you doing?”

Gu Siyuan answered, “Going to get a few soft cushions for you.”

Xie Qingxiao immediately broke into a grin, showing two rows of neat white teeth. “No need.”

Gu Siyuan frowned and looked at him for a long moment, then narrowed his eyes in understanding.

He went over to the chair beside him and sat down, lifting a hand to beckon. His voice was low and deep. “Come here.”

“Hehe…” Xie Qingxiao immediately gave a smug laugh and more or less bounced himself down onto Gu Siyuan’s lap with a plop.

Gu Siyuan fixed a hand around his waist so he would not get too carried away and fall off.

Twisting around, Xie Qingxiao peppered Gu Siyuan’s face with several kisses in a row and wheedled sweetly, “Boss, I love you to death. How do I love you this much?”

Gu Siyuan was in a good mood too. Rarely, he joked with him. “Mm. Because I’m just that good.”

But Xie Qingxiao nodded very seriously, as though confirming a truth. “Yes. You’re the best person I’ve ever met. Otherwise how could I love you this much? I’ll love you forever, always, until the very end of life.”

A nearly invisible smile curved Gu Siyuan’s lips, but he did not answer. Instead he reached out and peeled a boiled egg for Xie Qingxiao.

Understanding immediately, Xie Qingxiao peeled one in return for Gu Siyuan and, looking up eagerly, held it right to his mouth.

Gu Siyuan opened his mouth, took a small bite, and then lifted a hand to take the smooth white egg from him.

Xie Qingxiao instantly felt deeply satisfied. As he drew back his hand, he asked as if casually, “Then, dear Boss Gu… what do you think of me? Am I good?”

Gu Siyuan lowered his eyes to him and nodded very seriously. “Very good. Extremely good.”

Joy shot across Xie Qingxiao’s brows almost at once, and he could not help asking further, “Then will you like me too? Will you keep liking me forever?”

Gu Siyuan put down what he was holding, lifted Xie Qingxiao’s chin, and bent his head to kiss his forehead, his cheek, and then the tip of his nose all the way down.

With his lips pressed by Xie Qingxiao’s ear, he said in a low, deeply sensual voice, “I love you. Not only until the end of life.”

Xie Qingxiao’s body shuddered instantly.

The next second, he threw both arms tightly around Gu Siyuan’s neck and pounced almost fiercely, licking and biting all over his face like a young lion on its first hunt—no matter what happened, even if he died, he would never let go of this person.

Gu Siyuan had always been used to being the one in control, and besides, Xie Qingxiao’s disordered kissing was simply too childish.

He lifted a hand to pinch Xie Qingxiao’s chin, turning defense into attack as he advanced in a swift invasion, all the way until he stole every last bit of the other man’s breath.

Xie Qingxiao melted completely into soft mud, able only to move according to Gu Siyuan’s will as he gasped with difficulty.

After quite some time, Gu Siyuan finally let him go slowly. “Enough. Eat first.”

“Mm…” Xie Qingxiao leaned against him lazily, unable to summon even a hint of strength. In a hoarse voice he said, “I want you to feed me.”

Gu Siyuan indulged him with a simple, “Alright.”

That morning he had simply improvised with whatever was in the fridge, so the porridge he made was vegetable and lean pork porridge.

As he ate, he fed Xie Qingxiao too, and since both of them were indeed hungry, between the buns, eggs, steak, and the rest, they swept nearly the entire meal clean.

Afterward, the two of them went together to the kitchen to wash dishes and handle the trash.

Then Gu Siyuan reverted to his workaholic nature, pulled over a laptop, and began reading literature and research materials.

Today had originally been a workday. According to his usual habits, taking leave would have been impossible. So from the morning onward, his communicator had been flooded with greetings from the institute’s staff.

“Boss, everyone in the institute group says they didn’t see you at the office today and thought rain must be falling upward from the sky.”

Xie Qingxiao had cut some fruit and was lounging against the sofa while looking through the messages on his communicator, casually feeding Gu Siyuan a piece now and then.

He was wearing Gu Siyuan’s T-shirt and shorts. Since Gu Siyuan was a full size larger than him, the T-shirt tucked into the shorts made his waist look even slimmer, while beneath the black shorts stretched a pair of long, straight, beautiful legs draped carelessly over the sofa edge.

When Gu Siyuan finished one article and lifted his head for a brief rest, what he saw was those slender, fair, utterly thoughtless long legs swaying in front of him.

His gaze darkened slightly, and in a low voice he said, “Perhaps no red rain is falling from the sky. Perhaps it’s just the star of romance moving.”

Xie Qingxiao immediately understood what he meant and burst out laughing in delight.

After a while, he rubbed his head against the edge of Gu Siyuan’s thigh and sighed almost wistfully. “I really wish time could stop, and we could just live like this for an entire lifetime.”

Gu Siyuan raised a brow and looked down at the half-reclining Xie Qingxiao beside him. “Time doesn’t need to stop for that. We could still live like this for a lifetime. Do you want to move in with me?”

Xie Qingxiao’s eyes widened. Looking up at him, his whole body froze for a moment.

Gu Siyuan also paused for a brief second, somewhat puzzled. “You don’t want to?”

“I do. I do.”

Xie Qingxiao immediately grabbed his arm tightly and began nodding with all his might. His beautiful eyes shone like starlight, as if this were something he had long waited for.

His voice trembled. “I… I’m so happy I could go stupid.”

Looking at those bright eyes, Gu Siyuan smiled softly. Suddenly, he really wanted to kiss Xie Qingxiao.

And once he thought it, he simply did it. Reaching over, he drew him into his arms and lowered his head to touch a few light kisses to his thin eyelids, then naturally continued downward until he reached his lips.

Gu Siyuan had always worked with high efficiency.

That morning he had only just said that Xie Qingxiao should move in with him.

So that very same evening, he drove with Xie Qingxiao back to the Zhuang family villa.

By the time they arrived at the villa gates, the neighborhood had just entered the hour of lights in every household.

Probably having just finished dinner, the three members of the Zhuang family were all seated neatly in the living room, though none of their expressions looked particularly good.

Hearing the housemaid’s greeting at the entrance and seeing Xie Qingxiao and Gu Siyuan walk in, each of the three reacted differently.

Zhuang Hongkai stood up first, smiling broadly. “Professor Gu, Qingxiao…”

Xie Qingxiao ignored him.

Gu Siyuan only gave a slight cold nod. “Mr. Zhuang.”

Zhuang Hongkai immediately looked overwhelmed with delight. “Professor Gu, what brings you here at this hour? Have you had dinner?”

Because of what had happened on the engagement day, he had thoroughly offended the Cheng family. Today, as soon as he got to the company, several projects had already run into trouble. The only person who could help him out of this crisis now was Gu Siyuan.

One glance at Zhuang Hongkai’s expression was enough for Xie Qingxiao to understand the plan in his face. He felt both disgust and humiliation.

He grabbed Gu Siyuan’s wrist and said impatiently, “What is there to talk about? Come upstairs with me.”

“Alright.” Gu Siyuan nodded indulgently, then interlaced their fingers in return and said to Zhuang Hongkai, “Sorry.”

Seeing the way the two of them stood and the way they interacted, the three members of the Zhuang family seemed finally to understand something.

Zhuang Hongkai stepped forward first to block Xie Qingxiao from going upstairs, his expression full of complicated emotion. “Qingxiao, you… you and Professor Gu—what exactly is your relationship?”

Xie Qingxiao gave a cold laugh and lifted their clasped hands, shaking them slightly. “Can’t you tell? Chairman Zhuang, I didn’t expect you to be such an innocent person.”

“Y-you—what kind of attitude is that? I’m your father. Is this how you talk to me?” Zhuang Hongkai pointed at him with a trembling finger.

Although he had already been mocked by Xie Qingxiao countless times over these recent days, every single time he still found it hard not to get angry.

Xie Qingxiao blinked. “Really? You’re my father? Then why is my surname Xie while yours is Zhuang? Maybe I’m actually Old Xie from next door’s kid.”

The moment those words came out, Zhuang Hongkai nearly fainted from anger.

Gu Siyuan glanced at Xie Qingxiao in amusement. That sharp tongue of his—who exactly had he learned it from?

The moment Xie Qingxiao met his eyes, he puffed his lips playfully at him.

The two of them smoothly circled past Zhuang Hongkai and went upstairs without obstruction.

Xie Qingxiao had never intended to live long-term in this hellhole of a house, so apart from some daily-use clothes and such, there was basically nothing in the upstairs room worth taking away.

After filling one large suitcase and one large backpack, he had more or less emptied everything.

As for the things he truly valued, yes, there were some—but they were all locked up in his office at the institute.

So in under twenty minutes, the two of them were already heading back downstairs again.

Standing midway down the stairs from the second floor, Xie Qingxiao met the eyes of all three Zhuang family members looking up at them in unison. For a moment, he actually felt as though he were looking down from a superior height.

The corner of his mouth lifted in a scornful smile.

“Professor Gu, Qingxiao, what are you doing?” Zhuang Hongkai asked awkwardly, doing his best to ignore the expression Xie Qingxiao had just made.

With one hand carrying the suitcase and the other still holding Xie Qingxiao’s, Gu Siyuan walked down as he said, “Qingxiao and I are in a relationship. We’ve decided to live together. From now on, Qingxiao will be staying with me.”

Something flickered across Zhuang Hongkai’s face. At once, he had the sense of a long-held suspicion coming true.

Madam Zhuang, however, flew into a rage immediately and shouted at Xie Qingxiao, “Xie Qingxiao, how can you do this? How can you steal the man your younger brother likes?”

Xie Qingxiao rolled his eyes directly. “If you’re sick, go get treatment. Zhuang Ming was still getting engaged to someone else yesterday, so what ghost of a crush does he have on my Boss Gu? What does Boss Gu have to do with him at all? Besides, even if he really did like him, so what? There are plenty of people who like our Boss Gu. They could line up from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere. What the hell is he supposed to count for?”

Watching the little one explode in fury, Gu Siyuan found him rather adorable and could not help giving their clasped fingers a light squeeze.

Xie Qingxiao was in the middle of battle, so when this surprise attack came he instantly lost a bit of his momentum.

He shot Gu Siyuan an embarrassed and annoyed glare.

Then when he turned back to continue attacking Madam Zhuang, he simply went for a quick kill. “At this hour of the night, if you’re that obsessed with dreaming, then hurry up and go to bed. Stop acting crazy in front of normal people.”

Madam Zhuang, after being hit by such a barrage of mocking abuse, was practically on the verge of tears.

Zhuang Ming glanced at his mother, then resentfully at Xie Qingxiao, and finally turned to Gu Siyuan. “Professor Gu, just look at Xie Qingxiao. Right in front of you, he can insult his own father and stepmother so viciously. How could someone so crude and lowly possibly be worthy of you? Don’t let his appearance fool you.”

Xie Qingxiao was stunned. “…”

There really were people this stupid in the world?

Gu Siyuan, too, had not expected the flames of war to spread onto himself, and he could not help laughing out loud.

Zhuang Ming stared, spellbound.

A man like Gu Siyuan, who was usually so cold and stern, rarely allowed even the faintest smile to appear on his face.

And so, naturally, it was like flowers blooming on ice, or fresh green sprouting on snowy ridges. Without needing a single extra word, it carried endless mysterious charm.

Once, when his father had wanted him matched with Gu Siyuan, Zhuang Ming too had been full of admiration and longing toward him. But later, Gu Siyuan had been so gravely injured, with everyone declaring that he would almost certainly never wake again. He was still so young—how could he willingly accept that?

But now…

Gu Siyuan paid none of that winding little emotional drama the slightest attention. Looking coldly at Zhuang Ming, it was as if the smile from just now had never existed.

“Xie Qingxiao is not crude or lowly. If one must speak of vulgarity, then the vulgar one is me. Just as you said, I was seduced by Xie Qingxiao’s pretty face. Is there some problem with that?”

Zhuang Ming’s eyes widened in disbelief. “Professor, you… how can you say that?”

Gu Siyuan’s expression stayed icy. “Of course I can. As long as I like it.”

He had never had much interest in arguing with people. But when it was for Xie Qingxiao, naturally, that was different.

Hearing those words, Xie Qingxiao instantly burst into delighted laughter. Pulling Gu Siyuan’s hand, he declared, “The two of us are one low-class vulgar couple. A match made in heaven.”

Zhuang Hongkai looked at the two of them standing there as if no one else existed, ground his teeth, and realized that some matters would require a change in strategy.

He put on a stern face and scolded Madam Zhuang and Zhuang Ming. “The two of you stop talking nonsense. If Professor Gu and Qingxiao are truly in love, then naturally that’s a good thing. We’re all family here. What kind of behavior is all this shouting and bickering?”

Madam Zhuang and Zhuang Ming both turned pale and stared at him in disbelief. “Husband!” “Dad!”

Zhuang Hongkai ignored them entirely and instead turned a smiling face toward Xie Qingxiao and Gu Siyuan. “Family should speak calmly. Don’t be angry with them. Later, I’ll—”

“Tsk… Chairman Zhuang, if you don’t go into acting, that really would be a waste of talent,” Xie Qingxiao snorted with open ridicule.

The corner of Zhuang Hongkai’s mouth twitched. “Qingxiao…”

Xie Qingxiao waved a hand. “Enough, enough. Don’t put on this act in front of me. Who doesn’t know exactly who everyone is here? Why are you pretending we’re one happy family now? I came back to the Zhuang house in the first place specifically to make all of you miserable. You hate me to death but still haven’t thrown me out—isn’t that just because I work in Boss Gu’s institute? What so-called family feeling is there here? Isn’t this disgusting?”

With both face and substance torn clean away like that, Zhuang Hongkai finally could not endure it anymore and said, “Qingxiao, we are father and son. No matter what, we’re family. After I die, part of the estate will still be yours.”

“Family? Father and son?” Xie Qingxiao sneered. “Too bad there was more than just you in this house. Otherwise how exactly did I go missing back then?”

Zhuang Hongkai gritted his teeth. “What’s past should remain past—”

Gu Siyuan cut him off directly. “Mr. Zhuang, if we’re not discussing the past, then shall we discuss the present instead?”

Zhuang Hongkai looked immediately at Gu Siyuan. “Professor, how would you like to discuss it?”

Gu Siyuan said evenly, “I have not the slightest interest in the Zhuang family company. But if it were to belong entirely to Qingxiao, then I would be willing to provide some assistance. Remember—entirely.”

All three members of the Zhuang family stared with wide eyes.

This was too much. If things were handled that way, they would get absolutely nothing out of it. Then what would be the point?

Xie Qingxiao tilted his head, looking all innocence. “Either all of it belongs to me—or if it doesn’t, then whether it lives or dies has absolutely nothing to do with me. In fact, I’d even personally help stomp it to death.”

The two of them left the villa, got into the car, and drove home.

Xie Qingxiao straddled Gu Siyuan’s lap, arms around his neck, kissing him again and again. “You’re so good. I don’t even know how I’m supposed to love you more.”

Gu Siyuan paid no attention to his sweet talk. As usual, he simply took control and kissed him until he could barely breathe.

After who knew how long, Xie Qingxiao leaned against him and said cheerfully, “Are we some kind of kissing beasts? Do we need to kiss at least a hundred times a day?”

Gu Siyuan made a quiet sound of acknowledgment. “You don’t like that?”

Xie Qingxiao immediately shook his head. “I like it to death. I’m afraid if we did it less in the future I wouldn’t be used to it.”

Gu Siyuan casually offered a wild suggestion. “Then you can set a frequency and number now. After that, we’ll strictly obey the kissing schedule according to each time point. Neither of us is allowed to break the rules.”

“Hahaha… dear Boss Gu, what do you think this is, academic research?”

Xie Qingxiao burst out laughing.

But while laughing, he suddenly realized that this method actually sounded very good.

He immediately brightened and pounced over, clinging to Gu Siyuan. “Dear Boss Gu, you mean it? I think it’s possible too. You’re not allowed to regret it.”

Gu Siyuan nodded. “Mm.”

For him, this was a kind of benefit too. Though it was a little childish, there was no reason he could not abide by it.

At once Xie Qingxiao became full of life. Leaning on Gu Siyuan’s shoulder, he muttered, “Considering that we still have to work and can’t stay at home all day like today, we don’t actually need to kiss a hundred times every day. So how about once every hour? Twenty-four times a day sounds about enough, right?”

As he spoke, he reached up and touched his lips.

What he actually liked best was kissing cheeks.

But every time, Gu Siyuan preferred deep kisses instead. And for some reason—whether because his skin was too tender or what—every time they kissed, his lips would flush or even swell slightly. At the institute, too many times would not really be convenient. If he and Boss Gu snuck around and secretly kissed once every hour, that would be ideal.

Watching him calculate so seriously, Gu Siyuan deliberately said, “That works. But sometimes I travel on business. I won’t be at home or the institute. And what about when we’re asleep at night?”

Hearing that, Xie Qingxiao frowned as well.

He looked at Gu Siyuan. “Then what do you think we should do?”

Gu Siyuan laughed softly and offered a sincere suggestion. “How about this instead: whenever we are together, we kiss three times every hour.”

“Okay!” Xie Qingxiao answered brightly at once.
