Rescuing the Socially Dead Husbands

Description:

The entertainment industry’s most notorious “plastic couple” (fake relationship) is set to appear on a dating variety show. It’s an obvious, shameless cash grab. The audience is furious, cursing the show and threatening a mass boycott.

But during a livestream before the official recording began, the husbands were completely unaware of a camera running in the corner.

Duan Xingye tugged down the back of Cheng Duzhou’s collar and asked, “Where did this injury come from?”

Cheng Duzhou glanced back. His back was covered in streak marks, looking like the work of a wild cat—all fresh from last night.

“Don’t you think it’s time you trimmed your fingernails?”

…

Duan Xingye lifted his “claws” to inspect them, then silently hid his hands behind his back, his face flushing a deep crimson.

The livestream comments instantly did a 180: …Wait, why is this actually kind of shippable?

A “Loyal Dog” who is stoic on the outside but secretly pining vs. A spoiled “Little Rose” who doesn’t realize how coquettish he is.
